Would the head just be like a smaller version but otherwise look the same? As stated, a shrunken head doesn't use the bone, and so if that's the case the most distinguishing characteristic of her head, the horns, would be missing, which would be pretty much ruining it.

It would just be a skull rather then a shrunken head. Not ugly, but not cute either.

She's in the below average iq range, not the bottom, and as a half human she is by default smarter then a lot of races such as trolls.

It's lucky I'm not using the cardinal knitter as a character here. For one she can beat all of you young whipper snappers even in the high tier, and two, if she is somehow killed she will be naked, so other characters will have to look at her old, wrinkly body until she fully respawns.
