I like how complex it all is. Are there going to be like factions with organized rulers I.E like a king of humans and the king of hybrids and such

Yes, but the good animal alliance will be a democracy where each animal has two senators (as a whole their powers are like a king) and a certain amount of other representatives based on their population size and importance. Therefore, ants would have a lot of representatives, but not as much as the actual ratio because they are not as important. Some animals would have kinds or queens for matters relating strictly to that species.

What about marine creatures: Dolphins are good?Sharks are evil?Orca's depend on the individual whether they are good or bad? Also would there be seals, otters, eels, crabs, whales and octopus. I'm thinking about playing a Raven and an Otter if they would be in this story.

Due to taking place on land, strictly marine creatures will not be involved much besides mentioned in the background. The mentioned species are as you say. Eels are bad. The others are good.

>Asked, essentially, if she'd ever be a naked dragon girl>>Talks about not dating Evvie.

I said on occasion. I like being me too much to change into Evvie all the time. I'd also need to maintain my intelligence or else I'd turn into Evvie even less. It would be better just to have Evvie as someone else entirely and friendzone her, which is for the best for both of us.

Suspicious. Also he. Rilla is the only guy I've met on the internet who assumes others on the internet are female more often than male.I propose wishful thinking.

I think most are, but my a small majority. There's way more yaoi interest checks then yuri, for example, and even in a yuri thread a lot of them mentioned being girls.

Are you telling me you never wanted to be a naked dragon girl? :K

Not everyone wants to romance all of their characters. I wouldn't want to take her on a date, as she's certainly not my type for that. Of course I do find her adorable, though. As for wanting to be her, maybe on occasion but certainly not forever. Her personality is far too different then my own to be a good match. I'd just want to sit at home playing games most of the time. Hmm...with practice she'd be better at video games then me, so that would be a plus. For one thing her reaction times are better.
Can't he just want to fight as an epic monkey man in peace?

Now we're going to have to deal with a storm of furries?

I never understood why people use the term furry so often. You can be any alien, just make sure not to resemble an animal in any way.

What will the major factions be? I'm guessing they would be:
- Human
- Bad guys Animals (What drove them to be the 'bad guys' though? Is it in the believe that they all would be better off without humans or because they wanted to rule over all?)
- Neutral Animals (I'm guessing that they would be mostly defending themselves instead of outright aggressiveness?)
- Hermit/Lone soul Animals (I'm thinking these would be the ones with the principal: 'Leave me alone and I'll leave you alone.' )

-Yes, and for the purposes of this roleplay, the humans we face will almost all be from the same human empire faction
-They wish for all humans to be destroyed and to reign over the other animals who they don't think can do a good job at running the earth. They mostly only fight the good guy animals when they get in the way of their objective of world domination.
-The neutral and hermit animals seem to be the same thing.

The good guy animal alliance will attack the human armies to help save the other animals being attacked. They don't wish all humans to be destroyed; they just want to end the war and allow the animals to live in peace. Until that moment they have to fight.
Exactly. Most of the animal alliance locations will be the smaller settlements.

I said 1,000s of years in my first post, but that may or may not be too long. It did take the humans back down to caveman level at the start so they had to work their way back up to medieval after all this time and all the animals had to settle in with their new abilities and build cities/form alliances. That would take at least a couple hundred years.

I think we all need to make badass animal-men, and have a world for it

What about my roleplay just starting up that happens to be similar: Click me
Yeah. Most go into hiding. Not even many of the animals accept them. Some of the animal settlements might hide and protect them from both sides.

1. am I right in summarizing that basically the animals mutated to humanoid creatures and after a period of time they banded together to avoid from being eradicated by human? 2. what would the animal kingdom settlements be like? In the wilds like cavern, on trees, underground and such, or would they build houses like humans do?
3. You mentioned about cats, dogs and insects, how about the avian?
4. Maybe some of them mutated to harpy like creatures or like human with wings (I'm thinking like Hawkgirl from the comic) ? Err... sorry for the barrage of questions. .__."

1. Yes. Well, quite a bit of the animals. Some like the bears think they're too good for allies and some joined the evil animal group that wishes both human and animal to be conquered. Some animals, although rare, are just too disliked, too out of the way, or too stubborn to join.

2. They inhabit all kinds of places, a lot of them in hiding to avoid direct confrontation by the humans. If the humans ever find their cities then they're in big trouble because a lot of the animal civilians couldn't put up much of a fight, such as the caterpillars. That being said, all of your suggestions would be prime locations depending on the animal in question. All animals who prefer forests would group in forests, all who prefer underground would group in the underground sections of the forest, etc. Being intelligent they are able to leave their natural habitats with more ease so you can see some where they don't normally belong if they have a reason to relocate. They would have houses, mostly out of wood, leaves, and other natural materials. They don't want to put too much work into things if they have to run away at the first sight of a human invasion. However, some cities are more "stand and fight" in nature, being huge and having massive walls able to hold out even the really larger (to them) humans.

3. I think the insects would be afraid of the birds, but there would be plenty of good birds so that would help change the insects minds not to fear them as much. Well, the bad guy insects have even more reason to fear them. They'd be the main way to take out the enemy insects. Speaking of birds, crows and vultures can be on the evil animal team.

4. It's not like they are human looking but with wings and a tail. Rather then that they are animal looking but have a stature more like humans and sometimes with opposable thumbs and other useful qualities. If they were to look like Hawkgirl, how about a child from a human and animal pairing? That would be rare for multiple reasons but possible.
