Let me throw a question out for discussion:

What do you folks want out of this roleplay? Knowing what you want is incredibly important for being able to figure out what sort of plot will work well.

As it is, there really isn't really a cohesive theme. There are fantasy elements drawing upon varying source material - which is fine, but what's really needed at this point is what everyone wants.

So, for instance: if most of the group wants themes of high adventure - exploring strange and foreign places, etc. - then your plot should be based around that. If the group wants themes of war, political struggles and so forth, then that needs to be factored in.

ATM, I'm happy to create material that will work toward whatever themes you guys want to work with, though I don't think I'll be making a character myself. I create stuff for the sake of creating stuff. (And I did like the outcome of my dwarf piece; I'll probably use it elsewhere in the future.) But you should discuss what you guys all want out of this roleplay. It'll help you decide on a plot.
Done. See old post for edited version.
While we're on lore-related questions...

Are there any technologies that we haven't seen / written about in the RP that you think are important to everyday life on Mars, @Rhymer?
I know I keep asking lore-related questions, but:

1) What's the name for the currency in this world? Does it differ from nation to nation?

2) What is the main religion(s) of the continent? I don't remember reading about religion, so I might have just missed it.

Otherwise, I'm just waiting to see what goes on before I post.
Also... Ryland's outnumbered when it comes to humans:aliens, though, which is much more interesting. I was half-expecting more humans.

He's basically John Crichton from Farscape.

In terms of being outnumbered.
Okay, I'll make those changes momentarily. I wasn't sure as it was referenced as a Feudal or Semi-Feudal society according to the map key.
I'm pretty pooped from the day's events. I'll do the relations part of the sheet tomorrow. I also need to send some SUPER SECRET STUFF to the GM - Olan's relatives.

Yeah, he has some, but he wouldn't tell anyone about them. That's asking for them to be murdered.
My only concern is your piece on Olan, @DJAtomika, makes it sound like Olan is in the field enough to need protection. He's pretty much going to work from locations away from the scene most of the time if he's allowed in. Y'know: providing eyes in the sky, hacking things (like drones, doors and such, yeah), and generally avoiding contact with hostiles personally.

Otherwise, it looks good, and Olan would definitely not mind having someone watching out for him. I'm going to edit in a similar tie-in to Hazan shortly and let you weigh in on it.

I rather like how Raya views Olan. If it's fine with you, @my Lalia, I'll have the Volus know very well what she thinks of him... and just shrug and accept it as part of the job. Heh.

Debating between keeping the current theme song for Olan or switching to this.
Also, going to make a few edits to my old post and include this differently colored flag. I'm happier with this one.

EDIT: link to the edited post.

@GoddessSophia So, just to be clear: I notice you wrote Kingdoms / Settings. Does this mean there are different worlds people can RP in?

I ask this because I looked back at the other posted sheets a few times today and I've noticed some real world references in those posts. Namely: Catholicism (in Sriverton) and England (in Haley's character sheet). Meanwhile, the nation I wrote was for a more traditional fantasy setting. Is it set on a different world / planet than the other two?

As an aside, Sriverton would be a hamlet by most real world measurements. A city will normally have thousands of people; a hamlet is roughly one hundred or less. Sixty people would be a hamlet.
