Byakko

~Most cannot use more than three schools of magic,~ Byakko explained, ~You have the potential to master four schools of magic. Few have that potential. It is most impressive.~

Byakko was intrigued by Drane, but also slightly concerned. The world was only deceptively safe. There was a bit of naivety to Drane's attitude and it was one that could get him killed. He had a confidence in his Natrelmon, as well as himself, at least seemingly, that was equally dangerous. Byakko's musing was what he could give to Drane to commend their first meeting - and hopefully not last.

~I suppose I could push you further along on your chosen path,~ Byakko mused mentally to Drane, ~Would you like for me to unlock your ability to use the power of the Wind?~

Refusal of Byakko's gift would be awkward. While it was done with full graciousness, it was also an offense to the power of the Wind to refuse. Byakko had great pride in the element he governed surpremely. He viewed it as one of the strongest of the elemental domains. Despite the other Legendary's refusal to acknowledge this fact, he continued to believe it.
Byakko

Byakko was amused by the lack of fear from Drane. Most mortals would rightly cower in fear at the sight of him, especially those that had committed acts against his domain.

~You don't fear me,~ Byakko commented, rather dryly, flicking a few of the leaves that had fallen from the trees up around Drane's cheeks. ~Luckily, for you, you have committed no acts against this world, so you truly have no reason to fear me. You actually have cared well for the creatures in this world, a commendable trait. Continue to do so. You have great potential to be an ally to those in this world that cannot speak like you and I, those that may be tread upon unwillingly. Protect them as you have.~

It was even rarer for Byakko to give praise to anyone. Few people were pure enough not to receive some kind of admonishment from the Ruler of the Winds. It was a testament to Drane's character.

A singular leave flew up towards Drane's forehead, pressing against it strongly. It was Byakko's way of examining the potential people had. The wind swirling around the leave was forceful, yet gentle enough to not break his skin.

~Your ability to grow is even more impressive than I thought,~ Byakko seemed to be musing something, his mental tone inquisitive.
Xzayler -

Kyonshi is level 15 and Male.
Orkora is level 18 and Male
Omu is level 15 and Male

You have 1,500 Tracker Experience, putting you at Rank III.

You should now declare a type (Electric, Psychic, etc) of Natrelmon and edit it into your profile sheet below your bio.

"Rank III - Specialization - The tracker specializes in reading the wilds for a particular type of Natrelmon. They can choose to encounter a Natrelmon of their chosen type within their rolled rarity if they so choose. They also gain a +10 to capture rolls of Natrelmon of that type. Specialization can only be switched once every 6 months."
Byakko

Drane's search for wild Natrelmon to join his party would be far from normal. But some could say that it wasn't that surprising, given Drane's rather unusual life circumstances.

Drane would feel the presence of Byakko before he saw him, the Ruler of the Winds in a clearing just ahead of him. The wind swept around him playfully, pulling him slightly towards the White Tiger's current position. Of the Four Rulers, Byakko was physically the smallest, but his power was more than equal to either Genbu, Suzaku, or Seiryu. Each had near complete control over an entire scope of the natural world, giving them almost unrivaled power. It was rare for any of them to interfere with the mortal world. They generally had strict, non-verbal pact amongst each other to avoid pushing mortals into some kind of religious conflict - since there were many that prayed to them as deities. Of course, there were always exceptions to this. Providing none of them went overboard, they were able to nudge the mortals onto various paths that they wanted them on.

~Come to me mortal,~ Byakko said, mentally communicating with Drane, an inherent ability of all of the Legendaries. The tone was clear, a rather comical tone, like a cat would say to a toy if both could communicate to each other. ~We shall discuss your path.~

It was even rarer for Byakko to be on the western half of the continent, the domain usually under the guidance of Genbu, another unspoken agreement amongst them. But like their other pacts, there were always exceptions.
He is doing his wild rolls.

Zone 0 Forest for all wild rollsIf I get to choose which Natrelmon I fight, I would like it to be an Omu, also I'm a Tracker. Does that give me some sort of advantage? It says I get +10/+15 but 10 what? exp?

It is an increased capture chance.

I'll note Omu as a declared Natrelmon, since you will likely have Rank II-III tracker.
Random postings for people heading to Kyoku. Which is a most advised place to head.
Suishō and Shadan

Suishō smiled at Homura's question, her mind strolling back through her memories, "They were memorable, to say the least. Shadan and I actually took the exams together. We were the final two from Kyokujitsgakure to make it through the final stage. We actually fought each other in the final match of the tournament stage. Neither of us could best the other, so we eventually had to end it in a tie. It was also when we first met. We had said no words to each other, but we had already said so much about each other during that match."

She placed her right hand on Shadan's arm, her fingers squeezing it lightly.

"As for becoming a Proctor, I'm not sure how that works now. Sankage Ayameko typically has been having one of the Nara clan members handle the exams. I believe Miss Shiou will be handling them this year. You are right though, there have been fewer promotions lately. I can only speculate, but I suspect she just wants to be cautious about who is promoted. We aren't in wartime, so we can be more selective about our promotions. We don't need as many Jounin leaders on the battlefield."

Suishō knew that Homura should know the name - Shiou was the leader of two of the major divisions of Kyokujitsgakure. She was one of the few true prodigies of Kyokujitsgakure.
Oh, I need you to select a zone from here.

Only zones 0-4 are able to be rolled on. But you also need to select a terrain within that zone. You can pick multiple since you have a total of 5 rolls.

Ok, about the IC post, you can give me the intro text if you want and I can just paste it in and you can make a second post for things like character list and links for magic and stuff. I just made it look so stupid now that the IC starts with a rainbow unicorn saying [deleted]. I can at least paste the static stuff in there.I can't believe how much of a mess I've created of this already...About the profile, I'll immediately add it to the bio. You can roll for me now if you want. The magic Savant gift allows me to choose a third starting spell school right?

No, it doesn't give you a third starting one, but it does allow you to do something others can't - break the limit of only learning 3 schools of magic. It is one of the most powerful of all of the gifts!

I will do the rolls and respond back shortly.
