When your internet is out, you ponder why you spend so much time on it. When it comes back again, you ignore any deep, profound discoveries you make about it taking up time and go right back to it.

We were, but it was primarily accompanied by Isaac's technological intervention. However, her associates appeared to lack the nigh-omnipotence that she possessed.

Well, I sure would hope so. One extreme uphill battle is going to be costly enough, I would just hate to see what multiple would entail. Are there any other details you believe might be of some importance?

Thank you for the notice. I may be able to conscript an army if the need arises.

Not a problem. Were you able to deal any damage within her realm? To her, or anyone fighting alongside her at the time?
<Snipped quote by Intrepid>

I am unfortunately well aware.

I have contacts in the IA as well as independent settlements that report increasing numbers of conflicts with such armies. Just something to be aware of, since numbers appear to be something this association lacks. Don’t let yourselves be overwhelmed.

Be wary—she possesses an ability known as Draft. As far as I'm aware, it's akin to high-level mind control without overwriting the original personality.

That would explain how someone with a nonsensical goal acquired so many followers. I’m not sure if you’re aware of this, but entire armies exist that claim to be dedicated to her cause. Many, many people.

Though Nemid controls the domain, she is not omniscient; it is difficult to catch her off guard, but distractions can potentially be effective. There was also some form of time limit as a subject of hers more or less regurgitated a portal back to Existence. I am currently unaware of the current implications of that event.

Incredibly interesting. A strategy is already formulating itself.

I concur. Upon entering Nemid's domain, she appeared to have full sovereignty over all aspect of the realm. However, Isaac Waternaux was able to disrupt her control briefly.

I will have to have a word with him, then. Any way to equalize the odds is something worth making as available as possible. Did anything come of it? Weaknesses exposed, guard let down, anything?
<Snipped quote by Intrepid>

Nemid takes a male form in Existence, but in his or her domain, Nemid took the form of an apparent female. Whether that is absolute or a product of Nemid's own actions is unknown at this time.

Interesting. We’ll have to be wary in case it’s a trick capable of intentionally concealing identity.
<Snipped quote by Intrepid>

And about Nemid and her nature?

Her? I was under the impression this was a man. But, yes. We can start with that.
<Snipped quote by Intrepid>

Of course. What information do you have as it stands?

That you did it. No other info has been circulating.
<Snipped quote by Intrepid>

Likewise. What would you care to discuss?

I was looking for a debriefing on your assault on Nemid. I’m hoping that by being open with information about him, we can more easily help each other combat this threat.
