Eliza Linford

Eliza didn't really mean to startle but she couldn't help but laugh. Her eyes fluttered up to meet his then smiled when he shook her hand and introduced himself. "Nice to meet you, as well, Elliott." She wandered off with Elliott following behind her as they toured the mansion together. She thought that it was going to be hard to find someone that she could joke with about anything but it was fairly easy. She showed him many areas and didn't know herself but didn't want to be too obvious. "Oh and this is the kitchen, where we eat, talk and do whatever else." She smiled while locking her eyes with his. "Since we are here, are you hungry? I make a mean Turkey sandwich." Eliza joked while going to the fridge and pulling out some turkey, bread and mayo. She placed the items on the counter then got two small plates. "So, Elliott, tell me a little bit about yourself. If you want to." She said while starting to make the turkey sandwiches.

[Reboot-High Casual]The X-Men Academy.

The X-men have been around for along time. They are a gang of Mutants that set out to protect other Mutants and to spread the word that not all Mutants are bad. They are there to protect and not to destroy. One Mutant in particular made a school for young Mutants trying to control their power and live a normal life. This place is a sanctuary for all Mutants young and old. But after a major battle Professor X, the founder, was killed trying to save one girl in particular. Her name was Jean. Her power was great and she was the only Class 5 Mutant alive. But she had a dark side as well. It called itself The Phoenix . Professor X took her in and tried to help her. But they thought she died trying to save them.They were wrong, she was alive. She came back and The Phoenix was let out. She went to the dark side trying to help those Mutants who were trying to stop a so-called cure. The Professor died trying to help her and Jean died at the end. She asked for it and she was finally at peace. So there were 3 Mutants who died in that battle. Scott, Professor X, and Jean. The school was taken over by Storm at the Professor's request. And it went on collecting new students every day. Helping them control their powers and helping them to live as much of a normal life as a mutant can.

The school is a gigantic mansion. When you first go up to the school you you pass through a huge gate that has a huge X on the gates. You pass through a bunch of gardens where you see kids of all ages walking around. Some of the littler kids are playing in the fountain near the door. There is a big garage on the right where they're are an assortment of cars and vehicles. To the left of you there is a basketball court. But underneath that is the X-Jet. In the back is a huge yard and a pool. The pool looks like it was taken out of the jungle. There is a maze in the backyard and a small forest. In the school there are many rooms on the second and third floor. There are singles and doubles. On the first floor is the kitchen, the living room, the game room, and the Professor's now Storm's office. In the so-called basement there is a virtual training room and all the classrooms. All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms.

Rules

1. Have Fun - This is one of the most important rules of all, since roleplaying is all about having fun.

2. Godmodding, Autohitting - Just don't do it, please and that also goes for whatever else falls underneath these categories.

3. Characters - Please make them realistic. Even mutants have flaws and weaknesses. And I will give a select few the opportunity to portray an offspring of any of the previous X-Men. Also, please use real images only for the picture. Make sure that you also check out the other character sheets before submitting your own so that your character won't seem like the same as someone else's. Also, I am trying something a little different this time - I want a few faculty characters, please.. I will allow you to play up to two characters as well.

4. Character Sheets - Fill out all of the areas that I have provided please. Also, wherever you see two full paragraphs, I really mean two full paragraphs.

5. Respect - Please respect my rules, roleplay, your fellow roleplayers and my decisions. This is also a very important rule. We're all adults here, so act like it.

6. Posting - This is a High-Casual roleplay meaning that I would like at least three paragraphs per post, please. Also, for you speed posters out there, before you post again make sure that three people have posted after your last post before you post again. Please try to post within a two day time span, if you cannot then please let me know so that we are not waiting for your post. If you are going to be gone for three days or more, please let me know so we can discuss a way to take your character out of the events that may be going on at that time. Thanks.

Eliza Linford

Eliza was perfectly fine with reading in the main lobby of the academy but that was screwed up when another participant walked in and greeted herself. She tried her best not to look their way but she couldn't help it. She closed her book with a thud then placed it in her purse, getting up with a slight huff but bump into a male. "Oh, pardon me. I am so sorry." Eliza said while standing there, biting his lip. The male looked somewhat lost and had a very confused look plastered upon his face. "Uhmm, are you new here too?" She asked him with a smile spreading among her facial features. Her hand extended itself outwards as she introduced herself. "I'm Eliza. You are?" She asked towards the male. When or if they shook hands, she would drop hers back by her side then rock on the balls of her feet. "So, since you seem a bit lost, maybe we can venture the mansion together and find our way." She laughed a little then looked back up at the male. Eliza straddled her purse back onto her shoulders while waiting for the male to respond before walking off.
