Current All the guy did was change his pic to a swastika, say some entry-level /pol/ bytes, and changed his bio to basic slurs.

I don't know why we can't blast both zoophiles and pedophiles at the same time. Two birds one stone.

@The Patriarch: Magatorr is accepted. The sheet looks much nicer now. A much more fleshed out character. We officially have a lizard now. Lizard-ish alien. Close enough. XD

As a reward for their victories in the tournament, David Mirai will gain 50 points to his power level and Ultra-Dimension will gain 75. For future reference this does not mean that a victory will guarantee a lot of points. The amount raised will be judged (granted somewhat subjectively as I am only one man) based on the level of exertion that the character demonstrates.in their fight. Think of it like working out at a gym: if you hardly try you won't get results like the guy pushing up on his limits. As a note: injuries and fatigue sustained during the fights won't magically go away. In Ultra-Dimension's case there are some measures being taken over his wounds but in general a character won't be fixed as soon as they come out of combat. Medical attention will be given but bandaids can't fix broken legs, if that analogy even works.
I'll get a post up in the morning. I've been out of town for the weekend. Got a new car. Not exactly "new" but it's better than my Jeep was. Just had to learn how to drive stick in less than two days before driving across an entire state. I think I did it pretty damn good.
Daddy's home and he has a new car. Well, "new" is relative as the car is even older than my previous. But it's not a piece of shit so that's a plus.

Time for me to play catch up. I'll probably edit this post after I've read everything that happened while I was out.

EDIT: I left town while the guild was still down so it seems it was only down for two days or so. Which isn't so bad considering it hasn't given me the white screen of death since I logged in tonight. Also seems that everyone has been behaving and two fights have been posted so far. I'll be cool and give Rin an extra day (as the 48 hours would be up otherwise) due to guild downtime and a generally good mood. If you don't have it posted in time then Chikori won't be making it to round two. As for the debate on scripting fights ahead of time I find it a bit odd but if it does work then there isn't much of a fault to it. I've made it a requirement where the outcomes of fights have to be determined ahead of time but determining the flow of an entire fight without consulting the other player is likely to have flaws. Should one player want to collaborate into a single post and the other want to go post-by-post then I would recommend they take a middle-ground where they determine an "outline" to how the fight will progress via PM or Skype or w/e and then stick to the outline when going post-by-post. Not a very difficult or confusing thing. A little communication goes a long way, but little communication does not. Proverbs aside as long as everyone is mature and open-minded then there shouldn't be any problems. I'm going to go relax a bit now since I only got home a bit ago but if anyone needs me I AM back. I'll review Patriarch's sheet again in a little bit.
Boom.

Duthguy has 48 hours to make his post. This will apply to every subsequent fight after that. 48 hours to post after the fight before you has finished. As I will be out of town this may result in me not posting by my deadline so I'm going to have to pull a dick move and ask for forgiveness ahead of time. Those who are not in fights do not have a strict schedule and may post freely as they are only observing or interacting outside the arena. Likewise, fighters that have already gone or are yet to fight can post as observers as well.

And I had to do the music. Just saiyan.
Jack Ryan was greeted by the short Plantian that had joined the tournament. A smile formed on his face, both from Shady's friendliness and his choice of words. "Indeed," Jack agreed. "We may be foes but only in sport. After all, that's what fighting truly is at the end of the day. No need to be upset over a sport." As he crossed his arms and chuckled to himself over how true he felt his analogy was, the large Namekian across the room twitched slightly. Before Jack could go on to begin explaining the history of the Budokai World Tournament, the door to the arena burst open.

"Alright fighters!" the host, Jake Starr, announced as he walked in. While in his typical voice and flair, he notably had his microphone turned off and wasn't using it. The audience didn't need to hear what he was going to say to the fighters. "The crowd is starting to get a little out of hand so we're moving up the schedule! When I leave the room we will begin the first round of matches!" The champion sighed and shook his head. "You don't need to yell in here, we can all hear you..." Jack mumbled, though his voice didn't meet the announcer. "The rules are simple! You must defeat your opponent by knockout or ringout! If you fall off the stage it is a ringout! If you are rendered unconscious or pinned down for longer than three seconds, it is a knockout! If you throw your opponent into the crowd or otherwise attack the stands, you are disqualified! No biting, no groin shots, no beating an unconscious foe, and no swearing! Kids watch this, ya know!"

The host reflexively spun the microphone in his hands, though he didn't bring it back to his mouth. "After each match the fighters will receive necessary medical attention! If the victor is incapable of fully recovering by the second round, then that is their problem because we will not delay the tournament to cater to that! Losers will be allowed to remain in the fighters' rest area for the duration of the tournament but if they leave the area they may not return later! Victors must stay in the rest area while they are not fighting! Bathrooms are in the back so have no fear! Now!"

The host pointed at David, before spinning and pointing at the large, orange alien, Teemo. "You two will be the first to go! Wait in here until I call your names!" With that, the host brushed his hand through his hair and promptly turned away from the fighters to exit the room. Jack Ryan began chuckling after the host left, before turning to the fighters in the room. "He may not look like it, but that guy is also strong fighter. That's how he can serve as both the host and as a referee if the fights get too dangerous," Jack explained as a small fun fact.

"It is the moment you've all been waiting for folks!" The crowd erupted in a loud cheer as the host took the stage. "The first round of the 250th Budokai World Tournament is beginning! The fighters are all fierce and confident! With a grand prize of all seven mythical Dragonballs, we will have one of the most intense tournaments in all of history!" The large hovering robot with multiple screens that has remained above the arena began to fly lower. On the screens, the previous image of all the fighters' faces was replaced by a picture of the seven orange orbs with their recognizable red stars all in a pile on top of a golden bowl. Inside the fighters' rest area, Jack Ryan smirked as he saw the picture. He looked around the room to see that most the fighters were also locked onto the picture.

The cheering only died down slightly in awe of the Dragonballs. "The strongest fighters on Earth will show to you their dedication to victory! When the ultimate prize is anything they want, you know that the challengers are bringing their A-game! Prepare for the best fights the Earth has ever seen!!" The screens on the robot folded away back inside and it hovered away. As soon as it cleared the stadium, fireworks began launching in an amazing display of pyrotechnics. "Without further ado, ladies and gentlemen the first round in the fight for the world championship! Returning finalist Teemo will be facing off against newcomer David Mirai! Will the runner-up Champ finally claim victory or will he be annihilated in the first round by the powerful new warriors!? Let's find out!!"
@The Patriarch: The sheet looks much better now. The history is a little too short and lacks detail, but most of what it is missing is alluded to in the personality section. Still, to keep a standard I must ask that you put a bit more into the history before I can accept him.

Someone must've gathered the Dragonballs because a wish is about to be granted. I'm going to get the tournament underway very shortly.
To keep things moving smoothly I will be starting the fights within the next few days. I'll be out of town this weekend so before I go I shall get the first round of matches started. Preferably after Rin posts, but if time doesn't permit that then we can still move forward. Not to say that she'll be removed from the tourney, just that it will get started. I'm sorry Patriarch but I don't have the time to review your sheet right now but I shall give it a look later tonight.
Or she has her bags somewhere at the train station, cat runs off, she leaves the bags in order to chase the cat. :p
I suppose that would be fine now...

But as a note the power level cap has been reduced to 500 so you might want to change that.
Maddox crossed his arms over his chest and brought one hand to the cigarette in his mouth. "We're just going to Era. Gonna visit the Magic Council and pester them a little bit," he answered the girl with a chuckle. "A fun day ahead." Without changing his expression, Maddox's red eyes looked over to Mayt. This was to ensure that he would play along. "The real question is what you are doing here with your cat? Moving away from Magnolia? But it's so nice here," the mage continued, shrugging his shoulders as he laughed to himself. "In fact I don't think I've ever heard of anyone moving away from Magnolia... Have you ever heard of that Mayt?"
