Kenny sighed and nodded at Mark's suggestion. It might be a lot of fun getting a freakin' Princess drunk! Admiral Zala might not appreciate it though - the man seemed to have a mild daughter complex. Best save that stuff for when it really mattered. Like when they won the war... But how far away was that victory?

"Yup, that sounds like something Dad would do." Izumi's eyes rolled, "That shock tool was actually made to stun 'Glitch' there should he get too close for comfort." She chuckled as the Haro playfully waved its little shock arm around. Yeah... Athrun Zala definitely had a major daughter complex! "...Dad's comfort, that is."
As soon as the ringer chimed in Lucia's room, she answered the call. Apparently she didn't even check the caller's ID! "Is that Cronic? How is she? Izumi's awake now, right?"
"I don't.. need.. your help..!" Kaori struggled to say after getting all prideful again. She pushed away from Yomi and threw a punch at him, but seeing double meant one had to be fake. And like the better fighter of the two, Kaori hit the bastard right in the nose! But she was carried by the weight of the punch past her damnable rival and landed faced down on the floor. She just punched Yomi's blurry double.

"Okay, I need help..." The prideful young lady whined, feeling around for Yomi's hand. "Carry me~..."
"The fuck-!" The mercenary shouted in surprise, backing up and diving away as an ACTIVE MINE bounced along the ground towards him. The guy was curled up in front of the door shielding his face, waiting for that inevitable explosion. ...Waiting for that explosion... It'd go off any moment now...

.....

He inched his arms away from his eyes and his facial expression quickly grew from stunned to red and fierce. But was it from embarrassment, or anger? Or both? Levi was free, the stupid old chair broken, the binds loose, ...and that kid had to have more where that deactivated mine came from. "Oh, you're dead. Now we know where your faggot Dad is, doesn't matter if I just off your sorry ass right here and now!" The merc said. It would appear that he never let go of his knife through all that earlier, so... It was a heavy-hitting trained killer with a dagger versus a Vault Dweller with a pack full of dangerous toys. The odds were actually stacked evenly here! One missed button or pulled pin and Levi might get stuck by the mercenary, one foot wrong and the mercenary might get blown to smithereens! It was strength versus agility too considering the merc's armour. The man tossed the knife from hand to hand, approaching Levi cautiously. "I'll kill ya' quick if you drop the bag... Come on!" He egged the young vault dweller on.

...That was when a more familiar merc slowly entered the room, knife drawn, something dripping from the blade's tip. It was bloody, but who's freakin' blood could that be in a place like the merc's stronghold? "Oi, fatty." The Englishman taunted the torturer, who you'd expect to be a comrade of his. "Would you mind stepping into one corner and dropping the pig-sticker, just.. I don't appreciate you doing this to personal mates of mine. Eh?" David said in a ridiculously neutral tone. Considering he'd apparently murdered some of his comrades already, you'd think anyone would be running on adrenaline and hype right now!

The larger man backed away from Levi and his tied-up friend so that he could observe both his opponents. "You did always have an independent streak, kid. But no, none of this backstabbing. Traitors fucking die. I'll kill everyone in this room if I have to..."

"Ah, shut up already you windbag," David said in a bored manner, glancing at his true ally here. He would explain his actions later, when there wasn't a fight about to break out. Heck, if there wasn't any field of doubt surrounding Dave one could probably summarise he was doing this because he liked his new Vaultie pals more than the killers he grew up with.

Welp, it shouldn't be too hard to gain a victory here. Sarah was currently out of (further) harms way, and the torturer was in one corner of the room. David had the escape covered. All they needed to do was blow that son of a bitch up, or at least get him to make a stupid move whilst running from any bombs thrown his way.

(I wrote this at like.. 3 separate times of the day. Forgiveth me if it seems rushed and whatnot.)
"Big brother, I made the townspeople all better. Is there anything else to do?" Aria said nervously as she walked towards Iggy and Fox, carrying the black and white patched Exceed in her arms. She looked pretty run down and tired down after the healing work. Even if most of them weren't hurt that badly, it was still a lot of people to treat all at the same time. But even so, Aria loved helping people. It gave her a sense of purpose seeing as she couldn't fight as well as everyone else. She was here to make sure they could keep fighting hard for their goal.

The Exceed in her arms looked up at his new owner with a half-smile, "You should have a rest! I can barely sense your power anymore." He said thoughtfully before looking back at the other Mages and extending a paw to them. "More survivors from the Official Guilds! It's a pleasure to meet you!"
*Waves*
Yeah~
You can do that if ya' want.
Felt I needed to post, so~
Boom.
"Hey, he'll be alright. They'll take care of him..." Erin said with a hushed tone, placing a hand on the sandy-haired Padawan's back. As calm as she seemed on the outside, she was deeply saddened to watch this. A Padawan and their Master were partners, like family, or something you couldn't exactly put into words. In a sense, Erin thought she was quite lucky to have not been with Master Sabalya when he fell - she wouldn't be able to leave his side, and would more than likely be dead right now. She didn't have to watch him die. 'Jerek' as he named himself had to watch as his Master edged closer towards death, ...it must be horrible... Erin simply couldn't imagine what it was like. So she did the only thing she thought would help.

She moved around to the other side of the Noghri and held his other hand firmly, glancing up at the fellow Padawan reassuringly, "Jerek, just keep hoping."
He liiiiives!
"And you probably get the idea of who I am by now, so... Hello Mark, nice to meet ya', and thank you very much for saving my life." Izumi chuckled, throwing her one good arm open and hugging her saviour with an honest smile on her face. "Hell, if we had time I would buy you a drink in a bar on the Cradles. But maybe a coffee will have to do, hm?" She laughed, quite enjoying the fact that this guy was all that stood between this happy moment of her life, or that slow death in the freezing cold of space. Of course she had no idea that the CSC was loaded with alcohol. That was mostly Kenny & Glitch's idea.

With the offer of buying Mark a drink standing, Izumi started eating her food.
