That was just dumb luck but it was good example to state his point...

you can edit the posts if you want but otherwise we will wait for chills first post then you start talking about him instead. chill will come in during lunch then you two will just interact with eachother

special modification is meant to be like special gear like scarlet rains fortress or something special only your character has like harus flying ability. what you described would more like be a normal ability or a special move.

as for your special ability I like it but changing the atmosphere is a little over the top. just say that while your up in the air your fists charge up (you can still say you conduct the lightning you just cant say you cause the area change that's going to far) then dive down.
