Personality: a hard worker and always a cheerful spirit and tries to see the best in people despite what they do and can be known as an eternal optimist however he does sometimes give into his nature as a human and just starts to hate the demon in human skin he sees in front of him but they would have to be truly evil for that to happen
History: lived with a normal family as anyone would expect and to Lorenzo his life was good but one day it all changed when his parents died of an "illness" and he was left orphaned although he never stopped believing that they were poisoned by someone because Lorenzo knew his parents worked for the hokage and were often messengers for his important documents. They must have had to deliver something that someone else didn't want delivered so since that day Lorenzo swore he would find his parents killers and put them through the same pain he did preferably through genjustsu so they could feel it over and over again.
Other: changes his hair color regularly as a weekly ritual to set the tone for the rest of his week, it is just an annoying habit he has

depends on what you change, for example if one of them was meant to be a tailed beast of rage you cant make them calm as a kitten but you can make them sensible in how they go about going into rage.
