Well yea, that's what I mean. Those that are outside both NATO's and Warsaw Pact's influence could be used later on for that purpose. That was kind of the point of the Cold War, an ideological battle to get as many over to your side as you can.

Also, I should note that I'd imagine any NPC countries is where most of our armed conflict between the two sides would occur. Perhaps the two sides trying to gain control over that particular region?

Secondly, for our North Korea player: because this is 1950 the Korean War is just starting. I figured you should take note of that.
