I need to get back into this site and I've had one plot I've been wanting to play out for awhile. Basically it revolves around an Italian noble and the painter they hire to do their portrait. This particular painter is well-known and extremely talented even though nobody really knows their true identity. Naturally, they capture the noble's interest so they seek out this particular painter to do their portrait. They will then discover that the painter is actually a woman(keep in mind that this is in a time period where most women could not participate in the arts). It is a secret that the painter desperately wants to keep hidden so she can continue her career, creating a dilemma for the noble. Will they comply or adhere to tradition, exposing her? There can also possibly be romance between the two. That said, this could work as either MxF or FxF.
