Marvel/DC Crossover: Worlds Collide

J'onn went to focusing on Wolf's mind, what she was feeling and what could be done. Only tapping into her emotions and brain waves of what was going on. Berry looked to Strange, "I'm at a stopping point. And I can and find you something better than laser sight. If you haven't noticed the feeling of brooding hate and doom on the other side of that door, Bats might have a tool in that belt of his, hang on." He went to the door in a rush and opened it looking to the group. "I was told to give an update. Wolf so far has several broken ribs, some bone breaks, and fractures. Her lung collapsed but she is on support right now. Has a severe concussion but other than that we have had to do quite a bit of stitching to let her healing factor do the rest." He then looks to Batman. "You by chance have a laser torch or something of the like we can use to help carburize some of her wounds? The Doc needs it."

Riza looked to the Flash with wide eyes. With pretty much everyone here, she felt useless but paying to whomever that would listen, hoping that Wolf will make a huge recovery. She looked to Robin, then Batman whom she didn't care what aura he had, she could tell he was as just as worry about Wolf as the rest of them.

The young Stark nodded though found no words to speak. As she felt calm now, she now felt tired from her break-down but wanted to go see Wolf, or at least see how she was doing. Riza walked with Robin from the gym to the Medical Wing of the base in hopes there was some good news.

"Got it." Flash did as he was told and worked where he was needed while J'onn winced when asked about Wolf's brain. "Her brain is trying to respond to her irregular heartbeat. The blood is no longer an issue as of this moment however, she has a severe concussion. What do you need of me?" He asked while trying to ignore the emotions that he was feeling from Wolf.

The Flash and J'onn nodded before getting to where they needed to be around the table to help WOlf heal. Berry made sure that he was precise and clean with his stitchings where they were needed while J'onn took care of the dangerous amount of blood in Wolf's brain. Time was of the essence for the insurance of Wolf's survival. This did not exempt them from the stress while helping with this procedure since these were the crucial moments that no mistakes could be made now it was only Wolf who could decide her fate while the three worked on saving her life.

In all honesty, Riza didn't know what to say with all that Robin was telling her. It was all true with what he was saying. The Young Stark knew that they had gone into this whole mission blind, that they had only been able to go off of what they had and that sadly this had been the outcome. What more that Riza hadn't expected was being pulled into a hug where all she was red, yellow, and black which now put her on the verge of tears. She hadn't tensed up at all, in fact, she accepted the comfort. Tears were coming back at full force as she wrapped her arms around the Boy Wonder and buried her face into his shoulder where she now shook and cried silently. Sniffles would be heard when she tried to get a breath in and continue to let it all out.

It took Riza a little to calm down once she felt herself calm down, her sniffles becoming more frequent so she could breathe and calm down. Riza brought a hand to her face to wipe the tears away as her sniffling started to cease. She tightened the hug a little, more as a silent thank you before lifting her head, looking to Robin and gave him a small weak smile like he wanted but this one was genuine.

Superman watched as Batman left after THe Flash and J'onn left. "As much as it pains me to admit it, she is. It's a miracle that she is still alive. I'm sure without that healing factor that she would be dead. And as much as Batman doesn't want to admit it, he sees Wolf like a daughter like he sees his underlings as if they were his own."

Riza shrunk her head to her shoulders as she listened to Robin vent. She could see the pain Robin is in as he talked and it pained her more for some reason. Hesitantly, Riza reached out and gently grabbed Robin's wrist that was free and not hiding his face. "I-I'm sorry....I should have done something sooner. No matter what she shouldn't have been put through that and I didn't help her sooner...." Her voice begins to crack, "....I'm so sorry Robin....I-I'm sorry....!" Riza was looking at the floor and her hair hiding her face.

Kid nodded without another word when Dr. Strange gave him instructions. He sped out of the room and went to use the gate to go get Flash and J'onn. Once he put in the coordinates to the Fighting Pit that they had just been too, he entered through the gate and went to Flash, leaving the gate open. "Flash! Martian! Dr. Strange says he needs you ASAP. Says he needs fast hands and as much help as he can get."

Superman watched as the portal opened to see Kid Flash speed through to Flash asking for help. He looked to Batman with soft, concerned eyes. He knew what Wolf meant to him, and it was better off he went and saw her and be there, than here right now. He didn't want the man to do something he would later regret and go against what he stood for. "Go. We can handle this. Go see Wolf."

Riza too had not heard Robin walk into the gym when all you hear is the sound of a punching bag and music playing. She did come out of her thoughts when she heard a crash that got her to stop punching the punching bag and brace against it as she squeaked a scream. Looking for the source of the crash, Riza found a broken mirror and Robin near it. He was panting and in tears which made her hesitate more. Moving from the punching bag, she made cautious movements and steps towards Robin. "R-Robin...?" Almost having difficulties finding her voice. She didn't like seeing anyone cry and she had a feeling that she made Robin cry. Not having gotten Wolf out of there sooner, Yet having her go through all that beating and pain. Riza couldn't seem to look Robin in the eye with those thoughts in mind.

Riza knew Dr. Strange couldn't see her face, but the mentioning of speaking to Robin like her dad would do when he wanted to confide in mom, made her blush. This didn't completely get her to forget what just happened. But for now she needed to do something, be elsewhere just to help her think. So she headed out of the lab without any word to Stephen.

Where Riza ended up was somewhere she had not expect. She shrugged without making any sort of comment to herself and got to work. With music filling the room and doors closed, she got to work on the punching bag infront of her, despite the braces on her legs and lower back.

Wally made his way from the gate to the medical room, letting doors be open if need be. Once there, Wally set Wolf on the bed as gently and softly as he could and backed up. He was speechless and that alone was rare for Sally to those who know him well.

Superman looked to Batman when they gathered all the fighters including Bane. He knew what was going through that head of his. Walking closer to only now be a few feet apart with Superman behind the Caped-Crusader. "You should go to her. We all know you do."
