Then again, looks like it may just be the two of us (I'll give it a couple of days, of course); if the worst comes to the worst, I could always shift the time frame to the Empire or Republic - both more recognisable dates in Roman history. Many people seem to have an unnatural phobia of the Late Roman Empire. :)

@Flamme VerteNo, you're correct, Hellenes simply means 'the people of Hellas' AKA Greece; although, at this period in Greek history, such a concept was truly beyond them as each individual was defined by their place of birth, their kingdom or city-state. I use the word because that is what the Greeks called the Kelts in their recorded sources, and where our modern name for them comes from.

Not sure what, if anything, we're disagreeing about here...I'm a wee bit confused.

Anyway, I look forward to seeing the sheet. :)

@Nyther I was thinking that the disc might be a it too advanced? Could replace it with shuriken?

Generally just try to avoid anything that can track your prey, at least in the initial profile.

There'll be chances to grab better equipment during the Hunt.

@Cold Hands You can, but until I see a sheet I can't promise anything. :)

Just remember that your character would be there as a mentor/guide/etc, and not as an actual hunter for his own gain.

Ok, I wasn't sure how the age thing translated. Let's bump it up to like 120 then. And then we can just have the other Yautja just constantly fight him because of his father then, instead of fighting to stay in the clan. I can take out the killing his dad then and the hunt be his hope of redemption then. That work?

@Nyther I like it! So, yea, thumbs up from me.

As to the age thing...yea; as far as I'm aware, Yautja just age slower and therefore mature slower than humans, probably spending a good amount of that time with their mothers. So I'd go with a general rule of 'add a 0', so bump him up to say...160-80, make him somewhere around 16 to 18 in 'human years' so to speak.

That make sense? It's how I see Pred age anywho, and is by no means any sort of canon. :)

OOOOH, and just a tad less tooled up as well, on the weapons front.

I realise I sound like a damned pedant, especially for a Casual RP, I'd just like ya'll to be on the same level - in IC terms.

@NytherI like it, just a couple of things.

Firstly, he's in his early nineties? So he's pretty much a child in Yautja society then.

Secondly, unless otherwise asked and accepted by myself first, every character is starting out as an Young Blood member of their clan/the hunting party, and therefore would probably not have even half of the experience that Zazin appears to have. Essentially, this would be their initiation ritual into manhood/Predatorhood.

Does this sound acceptable? You can say yes or no, I won't bite. :P
