@XxLyraxXLove the OC. For simplicity I will say Shiganshina was involved in a Titan attack, though not like the one in the Canon story. The southern survey corps' fault...they made the Garrison hold the gate open and 21 Titans managed to keep the gate from closing. It was a matter of them being in the city, rather than getting inside with large numbers.
