@Eviledd1984Well...let me answer everything.

1. Seeing as this is Non-canon, Neither Venom/Punished nor Big-Boss [Who had fled to FOXHOUND at this point] are in charge. I've got the name of Garret Luther, also known as Alpha Serpent, as our very own made up Leader, though unlike thr other two, he is rarely seen in combat.

2. The group will remain as the Diamond Dogs, as is now decided.

3. Though it isn't Cypher that the opposing force is, however it does have Ex-Cypher units. This one will be a very new and large Covert and Forward Assault Force known as the C.F.A.F...though they refer themselves as the 'Final Step'.

4. This group are responsible for the Chernobyl disaster, however it wasn't just for an act of terrorism. Whilst in possession on the files of the Metal Gears...Metal Gear NET had managed to construct a conversion of Nuclear power through Ventilation indulgence. In covering up the Reactor disaster, they were managed to create a near-unlimited source of Nuclear Radiation to keeo the beast going whilst they generated a large mobile power source to oppose the attackers...with Anti-Air and several Nuclear Warhead bays waiting to be filled, it would he nearly impossible for a national military to defeat it. And the DDs won't be sent in straight away...they need information from surrounding areas. Also...due to PMC Nuar activity, manyv of the surrounding countries are practically empty (As I can create some lore) which makes Father Base more hidden.

@Eviledd1984@DaxamI was planning on creating a Conspiracy revolving around the Chernobyl disaster, linking to a global assault from an organisation similar to Cypher...Though it won't all be set in Chernobyl, it will be mainly set on those keen on discovering who's behind what, finding the intel in dangerous locations and securing many outposts, eventually coming across Metal Gear NET within Cherno...How does that sound for a brief Lore, obviously going to be put into detail.

@Eviledd1984Possibly Early 90s....I am deciding to base it in a world where the Diamond Dogs were still formed, not disbanded or turned down. Unless you want anything else, that'll be my final decision.

Also...Father Base will be this, hopefully.

Location - Ai-Petri, Just below Crimea. Just think of some slightly more modernised vehicles and cannons, rather than the railguns in the picture...this was the best representation I could find. Instead of a Sea Rig, I thought a Mountain ranged FOB would be most pleasing.

Riiiiiiiiiight...I'm thinking that maybe a Non-canon Diamond Dogs/F.O.X kinda RP would be suitable, though it would be Post-Phantom Pain, unless anyone wants to create a different Organisation similar to the one's Big-Boss worked within.

@Eviledd1984 Of course! There is no means currently that say you can't! Are you also able to come up with some aspects to improve the RP, if not that's fine...I am doing a lot of it myself, I just was wondering if there was anything in particular that you'd want to see in the RP?
