Yes, actually. I've never seen a player other than a GM play a character with power/authority over all others to that extent, and it go well. I would strongly advise you to play any sort of headmaster character yourself, and even then confine the character to being an infrequently-appearing NPC.

I also recommend this. I once allowed one of my own past RPs to have this scenario...it crumbled veeeery quickly, though that might just be the person, it's a lot easier if the Head is usually one of the creators.

Well, I can't really give a list, as I'm hoping people will get creative, creating hybrid species or completely original ones. Honestly, I really don't want any vampires or werewolves unless you can put a twist on them, then go ahead. Another thing, I'd like everyone to be at least somewhat humanoid, though if you'd you'd like to play a non-humanoid character PM me, I'll think about it. I'd like the ages for students to be between 12-18, and teachers 20 and up, but there can be some special cases with teachers.

So @ProjectOdin, what kind of standards do you plan to enforce? This a pretty open RP as far as character concepts go, and I would greatly appreciate an assurance that we won't be drowning in Mary Sues.

I think that perhaps a list of what can be used, especially species wise, would be a good way to suppress this issue.
