Jorick is pretty level-headed and (usually) a good judge of character. I'd vote for him.(Even though there's always the chance that power would corrupt his heart--if he has one--and we'd all be doomed except for maybe Sherlock)

Nahhh, I wouldn't go mass banning just for shits and giggles. I'd ban the fuck out of anyone that actually stepped over the line, no playing favorites or leniency, but that's not really a bad thing.
