Good idea. Build a bridge from Fort Grif to spawn...but I gotta finish this wall first.

Which wall would that be? The huge one around the island southwest of spawn?
South-West Block - Nathaniel

There was nothing left to do but keep on running toward the promised evacuation, so Nathaniel did just that. He had to fight off a feeling of elation. They were not safe yet, despite the promise of rescue beyond the fog, but he was already wanting to celebrate. He'd taken the first steps onto the path of his destiny, and the biologist following behind him was apparently key to that. Perhaps Annie had learned something or found some sample or artifact that would guide him forward. Nathaniel would have to talk to the scientist later to figure out how he fit into the grand scheme of awakening divinity.

Whatever the case may be, he had to fight himself to stay vigilant and focused on the task at hand. Nathaniel kept his pistol ready in case of nasty surprises from the fog, but he hoped it would not be necessary. He made sure to keep out of the way of the tank fire and anything his allies might be shooting, and he glanced back regularly to make sure Annie was keeping up, but other than that he just kept on running, heading for the Chinook he could hear waiting there to pick them up.

Good fucking god....Why not just make a cobblestone bridge across the ocean? That's a fuck ton of work for a horse xD

It was simpler to just shove the fuckers than to build hundreds of blocks long bridges. They didn't move around much, so it wasn't as bad as like trying to shove a farm animal into a specific place on land.

This is what I get for listening to Alpha and Holmi.

You should have done what you and I knew to be correct when we were first discussing it, you silly bastard.

Ironically, you can't swim a horse if it's over 2 blocks deep of water.

Unless you use a lead to pull it behind you, which'll make it follow along just fine.

Or you can just bodily push the fucking horse through the water until you get to land. That's what Brand did for about half the trip after losing his lead, and I did for one of my horses over the last couple long stretches of water after losing one of my leads.

Brand's horse, which is now part of Awson's breeding stock, might be the sturdiest horse ever: not only did it go through oceans without a lead, it took a creeper blast straight to the face and then a short while after that a long drop that would have killed a lesser creature.

It was an epic journey that took three full days in Minecraft time, all for the sake of Awson and I getting horses since there are none on the continent southwest of spawn. We happened to pass by an island that had horses about 1/3 of the way into the trip though.

First floor of my MC home :)

What texture pack is that? It's pretty nice.
Not exactly.

First one looks like you're going to brutally murder the person directly in front of you.

Second one looks like you're considering who should be your next victim.

Um, first, in the interview, it appears that Asuras responds to a question that Jorick asks, but the question itself is omitted from the final post.

Ah, so it was. Sorry, that was my fault. I was copying the questions and answers into a notepad as I was conducting the interview over Skype, and I apparently missed that one. Thanks to chat logs being saved on Skype, here's the missing question.

Jorick: That sounds pretty reasonable to me. Can you think of any negative points at all when it comes to collaborative posts?
