All I read was that they would be playing heavy diplomacy compared to the rest, I don't think it mentions that they would have to stay the same. I did see that we probably wouldn't need a sheet, but would rather be different, but if so I will just play vanilla Mexico, either way I'm ok with.

Nationalist Union of Mexico

Name of Faction: The Nationalist Union of Mexico (Commonly know as the NUM).

Flag:

Platform: The official government form is a Representative Republic, but to everyone in the government, it is definitely a Dictatorship. The Government is very Nationalistic and is looking to expand its influence. The political aspect is a Third Position styled government with Nationalism for the cultural aspect and Socialism for economic aspect.

All of the States in Blue are under full control of the NUM, all of the States in Red are still Loyal to Mexico, though they are still considered part of the NUM

History: Even in the early days of the the War between the United States and North Korea there had been talks of revolution. A quiet whisper of We should attack now or How long can they keep this up?. The government of the United States of Mexico caught word of rumors of the unrest and tried to quell them, but all they managed to do was stoke the flames.

August 15th, 2017: Peña Nieto sat contently in his house in Mexico City, casually doing an errand or getting something to drink as his country started down the path of revolution. The Nationalist Front of Mexico had organized a coup, and this time they had the support they needed. The United States had suffered unforeseen casualties and defeats, and this had awakened the citizens of Mexico, they wanted to either have the land that the United States had stolen from them returned, or they were going to make the United States suffer for that land.

An officer in the Army named Esteban Herberto was assigned to protect Peña, along with his small squadron, little did Peña know, Esteban was part of the Nationalist Front, and he was upset by the lack of action against the crippled United States. Juan Carlos (The President of the Nationalist Front) set up plans for a coup of all of the states in Mexico, it was just up to Esteban to capture the President.

Esteban and his squadron were able to detain Peña without firing a shot, and on the peaceful day on August 15th, 2017 the military was delivered with an ultimatum, swear loyalty to Esteban and the Nationalist Front or fight for the now crumbled Republic of Mexico. Unfortunately for the Nationalists, the military was more loyal than expected. A small civil war burst from the coup, but within a few months most of the force had been dealt with by the Nationalist Loyal military and the support of their ally Italy.

Today in January, the Nationalists reign supreme, having gained acknowledgement from the UN as being an official country, a few States in Southern Mexico and Tamaulipas have Loyalist Cells inside of them and are trying to set up a Government, but being outnumbered almost 1:5 they have a slim chance of survival. As for the public, they are content with their government, already there has been modernization and Military production is on the rise, and the public opinion of a reclamation war is as popular as ever.

Military Forces:
Roughly 320,000 Soldiers (About 100,000 Defected during the Civil War)
300,000 Minute Men Styled Milita (Army of the National Front)
Undisclosed number of Aircraft, Land Vehicles, and Ships (Due to increased Production)
Small amounts of Foreign Aid from Italy, Turkey, and Ukraine

Under New Leadership the tactics have been reworked, NUM operate similiar to Germany in WWII Bombing military targets and then blitzing in with vehicles and support aircraft. Though squad based training is still focused on as well. The Nationalist Front have based their military on the Old USA style with a few blitz tactics mixed in.

The Lurish Empire

Sorry, I went to my state basketball tournament yesterday and and couldn't get one up till now.

Name: Xaver Franck

Appearance:

Allegiance: The Karashian Federation's Official Exploration Team.

The Karashian Team: Xaver is the commander of the 50 man exploration team that was sent by King Yulian of the Federation to explore, and claim land to the north of the nation.

The Karashian Federation: The nation started out as a group of tribal monarchies all together in the region north of the Lurish Empire. A man by the name of Valéry Gaultier was the one who finally united all of the tribes, though his method was warfare, the tribes accepted their overlord as he brought unity to them all. He ruled as an extreme dictator for 20 years before the Great War. The tribes men saw the Lurish Empire just south of them growing with intense speed and called for reformation, and modernization. Valéry dispelled the council and told them that the Lurish would fall to them as did another Nation north of them who threatened their power. Some were fooled by the naiveness of their leader, but many demanded change, to keep up. The "Great War" broke out with up to 85% of the population joining the rebels and uprose against Valéry. The war lasted 5 years, the King had his Royal Guard who were trained since they were kids and some of the normal military protecting him. 100,000 milita forces were killed to 3,500 of Valéry's men. Eventually the rebel forces sieged the capital, it took a 2 year siege for Valéry to surrender. With the economy in shambles, the rebel leaders established an elective monarchy. The newly elected King, Yulian, established many policies to encourage economic growth. He knew that he needed more land for his people to really grow. 5 years after his election, Yulian created the exporation group, the group consisted of 20 scientists and 30 royal guard. To lead them he sent one of his battlefield tacticians named Xaver.

Personality: Xaver is a tactical genius for his time. In his time fighting in the Great War, he was a regiment commander and his commander's right hand man. They lead a successful night assault against the loyalist military in the first victory of the war for the rebels. Xaver came up with the plan of attack and his commander called it brilliant. Xaver sees the world as a map, and he breaks apart situations into battle plans. He is very observant and cautious, but with this he is slower paced then many like.

Background: Xaver grew up in one of the southern tribes of the Karashian Federation. When the tribes were combined his father sent him to become Royal Guard. He trained for a few years before the Great War. When the rebels uprose, Xaver left the guard and joined the rebels. He joined Yulian's forces and fought in many of the battles. With Xaver's knowledge of guard tactics and his born ability to lead, he lead the first division into battle and to victory. He was offered after the war to lead an exploration team into the deep forest. He accepted graciously and is hoping to find great adventure in expanding his King's empire.

Pokemon Team:

Arcanine/Char M

Max's Growlithe was his very first Pokemon. His father had given Max a poke ball for his 11th birthday and told him it was for show only, and not to be used. The danger of trying to catch a Pokemon without one to protect you was too great. That's when a little Growlithe started wandering into his town from the wild. Max's young brain told him to play with the Pokemon. The Growlithe went into a defensive position but Max just came over and hugged him. The Growlithe returned to see Max for a week straight. Max started to feed the Growlithe as well. While Max was playing with the Growlithe that he had nicknamed "Char" from Growlithe's charcoal black streaks his father came out and yelled at Max for messing with a wild Pokemon and got a broom and started sweeping toward the Growlithe, Max took the poke ball out and threw it at the Growlithe. His father stunned, scolded Max at wasting a poke ball, but the Growlithe let itself be caught, because it had already created a strong bond with Max, one that hasn't been broken. Not by wild Pokemon, not be trainers and certainly not by his father.

Croconaw/Rip M

When Maxwell turned 17 he left his home in Kanto and headed for the Johto region, he had heard of a professor that was looking for a trainer. He traveled to Johto and eventually found a small town and there he found a man named Elm. Elm was a Pokemon professor and he did many studies on Pokemon and their abilities. Elm had a special egg that was found in the water. They had no idea what Pokemon was inside, Elm already had two Pokemon, a Cyndaquill and a Bayleaf. He offered Maxwell the egg and just wanted him to bring him a child of the hatched Pokemon to study DNA in the area. This egg held a Totodile. Totodile was one of the most rare Pokemon in the region. Maxwell soon after heard a rumor of a legendary Pokemon, in an area of the world called Hoenn.

Kirlia/Karelia F

Kirlia was Katelyn's Pokemon before she passed away. Karelia at first was very hesitant to trust Maxwell, but she knew that Maxwell loved her former master very much and soon treated Maxwell as she treated Katelyn.

Riolu/Aura F

Riolu was the first Pokemon that Maxwell truly caught, at this point Growlithe had evolved and so had Totodile. Maxwell went to the Sinnoh region in hopes of finding more rare Pokemon to catch, this was now his goal. He was stumbling around a cave and this Riolu was sleeping underneath a rock. The Riolu almost knocked out Karelia before it accepted it's capturing. The Riolu was also the first Pokemon of Maxwell's that wasn't in a normal Pokeball. She was in a premier ball that was given to him by his uncle who lived in Johto. Riolu still doesn't fully trust Maxwell but she is starting to warm up to him.

Zorua F

Zorua is Maxwell's greatest capturing accomplishment. He finally caught a Pokemon that would be considered "rare". The Zorua didn't come easy though. Maxwell traveled to Unova to find some of the rare species there. He was exploring a route one day when he saw a Pokemon that wasn't listed as a common appearance for the route. He saw a Trapinch just sitting in the grass enjoying a berry. Turns out, that is was actually a Zorua on the move, trying to blend in. Maxwell hasn't come up for a name for Zorua, but Zorua doesn't mind.
