That feel when you apply for jobs and realize you changed your phone number from what's on your resume

My current mood: What do you mean I speak French fluently? Verb tenses? I don't need to say the right actual words do I?

I just gave blood and now subjected myself to walking up two flights of stairs. That was fun

"Merci beaucoup Professeur." Aurora said before she made her way up to Logan's class, slipping in quietly just after the bell rang. She slipped into an empty desk and just watched him. It was amazing how calm and happy he was here. History was a good fit for him, as he knew more about it than anyone else she knew. She couldn't see much of a trace of his old pain that he used to carry around when she knew him. After the lesson she waited for most of the students to vacate the room before she approached him.
"I really must say, you don't look like you've aged a day. Which is really upsetting for someone like me who is kind of self obsessed." Aurora said with small smile on her face, hoping for a good reaction.
Catia had a lot of guns on her...she liked guns. Provided they couldn't do much against most mutants but for the ones they could...well she had luck on her side. Literally. Okay that was a bad pun. She shook her head before checking her straps again and then going downstairs.
She caught the bottle with ease and took a dubious look at it, and then at Robert but shrugged.
"I really should be cautious of you, again I apologize for the chair, but my head hurts something fierce and my stomach feels like I ate three servings of my mom's Kholodets, so thank you." She said, before knocking it back. She rechecked all her straps before leaning against a wall to wait for everyone else.
Denial doesn't change the fact. Your message was warranted but the delivery was not. Neither Winter nor Bwoeti deserve your attitude.
Okay it might not be rude to you but in the real world that doesn't operate on your standards it is. He/she made a mistake, you don't need to be rude about it, which you were.
"Just one moment please. Yes Robert, that would be perfect." Catia said, before her vision faded out and all she could see was the chair. She knew Robert was near the chair, but if she were to push it without the help of her mutation it wouldn't go anywhere near him. She focused on the chair, completely.
The chair is going to hit Robert, the chair is going to hit Robert.
She repeated that over and over again so when she reached out and hit the chair(after several attempts because she couldn't see herself either) the chair went flying and it Robert. Or so she thinks after hearing a slight thud.
"Did that actually work?" Catia asked, looking at the chair which was several feet away and overturned. She couldn't see anything else though, so she didn't know for sure.
"May I have my sight back?" She asked, blinking, looking around even though she couldn't see anything.
Catia bit her lip as she considered.
"I won't be able to counteract her mutation or her powers directly but I will be able to alter the results. Make it that instead of hurting us, she's hurting her own people, etc. That being said, I only increase probability. I can't be lucky all the time so I'm not an outright solution to her. Not to mention if I'm messing with his sister, Quicksilver might have something to say about that. I can't change the probability of something I can't see." Catia said, before listening to what Steven and Russell had to say.
"We shouldn't make assumptions. It will make us sloppy." She said, eyeing Robert. She didn't know the exact extent of his powers but he could control most of the human brain, or so he made it seem sometimes.
"Robert, I have a theory. Is there any way that you can make me blind to everything but that chair?" She asked him, pointing to an empty chair as she started to formulate a theory. She couldn't affect things she couldn't see, true, but she could affect things around her to achieve her ultimate goal. If she could make Quicksilver hit something, then that would stop him long enough for Annabelle to grab him.
Catia was slightly hungover, mostly tired, and extremely annoyed when the intercom system started up. She cringed at it's loudness but none the less, shoved her head and limbs threw in a shirt and went to go investigate. She popped back the two aspirin she had grabbed from her medicine cabinet and yanked her hair back into a ponytail as she walked into the conference room.
"Is it really quite necessary for the intercom to be so goddamn loud. I mean I get the need to hear it but honestly...I could hear that if I was dead." She informed Robert as she plopped herself into a chair. She started playing with the holoprojector before everyone else came in, making it turn on and off until she got bored. After that she leaned back with her eyes closed, willing for her headache to go away. Unfortunately her powers don't work like that, and she wasn't about to ask anyone else. They weren't the X-Men, or SHIELD, everyone here were a bunch of self serving assholes, or at least the ones that could make her headache go away.
As he went over to briefing she frowned. She had met Wanda, before Magneto decided he was out of the game, and to be honest this just didn't sound like her.
"We should try and detain the siblings, and try to convince them to step down. I don't think they're evil...they're just lost." She said, willing the image to turn so the opposite side was facing her.

Name: Catia Belikova
Codename: Lucky
Gender: Female
Age: 24
Position/duties: Field Agent
Race: Mutant
Powers?: She has the ability to subliminally and psionically initiate random telekinetic acts that affect probability in her favor by making improbable (but not impossible) things to occur within her line of sight, thus causing her to have "good luck" and her opponents to have "bad luck." This phenomenon can be anything from an enemy's equipment failure to hitting just the right switch with a stray shot to shut down an overloading nuclear reactor.
Personality: She is a bit of a wild card, depending on how she's feeling that day. Some days she's really quiet and polite and some days she just let's it all out.
Why did you join?: She was offered a position as a field agent in light of her ability to help situations go their way.
Preferred method of using powers: She doesn't fight very much, instead she let's others fight while she helps to make sure they stay alive but if push comes to shove, she's not afraid of killing if it is necessary.
History: She grew up in America, with first generation parents from Russia. She grew up home schooled, learning how to field strip a gun in addition to her addition. Her father was ex-KGB and he wanted his daughter to be prepared in case that caught up with him post cold war, as he was originally in America as a sleeper agent. Although this never happened, it was better to be safe than sorry.

She noticed her mutant powers start to come in when she was about 13..although it wasn't obvious. She had been rather unlucky in the past but then for some reason her luck changed. Drastically. When she was about 18 or so she decided to look into it, having some interest in chemistry and flirting her way into connections she figured out that she did have the x-gene and then she decided to have some fun. She made a bit of a name for herself when they called and asked her if she wanted the position. She figured she had, had her fun, now it was time for something knew
Aurora would make him think he's being haunted and Jeanne Marie would angrily quote the bible at him before actually throwing the book at him.
