That feel when you apply for jobs and realize you changed your phone number from what's on your resume

My current mood: What do you mean I speak French fluently? Verb tenses? I don't need to say the right actual words do I?

I just gave blood and now subjected myself to walking up two flights of stairs. That was fun

Gwen replaced the luck she had siphoned, giving more to Adrien than Hector, before going after Chiron.
Gwen usually didn't participate in the games, it was kind of unfair, or at least other people perceived it to be unfair as she could literally manipulate the outcome.
"Chiron!" Gwen called as she caught up to him.
"I was wondering if I could participate in tonight's game?" Gwen asked, "Some of my younger siblings have been wanting to so I figure there's no harm. I just wanting your opinion on the matter."

"Awesome! Let's go try and find Emily and then we can find the library. I recruited my brother to get the rest of them. I figured, without Alpha there we might be a little more forthcoming. It's the Hawthorne effect, so without big brother we'll actually get to know each other." Gwen smiled.

Cowyn held out his lighter for her, an instinct.
"No, but I'm guessing knowing the people who's hands your putting your life into is. And try to get her to come down too. I'm going to go find the other two." Cowyn shrugged, putting his lighter back once it was no longer needed.
"Can't make you come, well I guess I could but that wouldn't be very fun." He said before walking away.
"It's very nice to meet you Fawn." Eira smiled briefly, but froze when she mentioned the Higher Courts. It wasn't just that they were among mortals, considering the fact that mortals usually ignore what they can't understand, but the fact that this girl was seemingly bringing up rank in the Faerie realm was odd.
"Yes, I suppose we do have our moments, don't we?" Eira asked, tilting her head to the side before the girl scampered off to the music tent most likely.

Eira shook off the encounter and made her way to the medical tent, checking in before putting on the mandatory coat and grabbing a portable first aid kit. I didn't have everything a regular first aid kit had but it would do if she needed to move quickly. Not to mention she was a healer by nature.
"Hey Aure, can you patrol the west end until about noon or so? I got Dina on there but she's just a student really. I'd feel better if you were down there." Eira's friend and the event coordinator, Ivon, was running around the tent, trying to make sure everything was in order because Doctor's and medics weren't known for being near, just effective.
"Sure, not a problem. Walkie me if you need me." Eira said before walking back to where she came from.
Gwen immediately moved both of their good luck to herself, leaving enough so they, hopefully, wouldn't get hurt but not enough for them to hurt each other.
"You two aren't going to get anything done by fighting. If you don't stop I'm going to continue siphoning luck from you until you can't control the mist, Hector, and the next punch you throw will hit you in the face Adrian." Gwen called out, hoping to get them to stop.

Gwen settled in a bit before grabbing her tablet and then going off in search of Emily, although she ran into Liz first.
"You're Liz right? Virgo, then. God, that's got to be interesting. Something to do with healing? Anyways, you should come down to the library with me and Emily. I have a feeling we're going to be spending a lot of time there." Gwen smiled brightly at her, leaning against the wall as she talked.

Cowyn walked around the rooms, trying to get a feel for the layout as well as meet people.
"Jimmy and Faeya right?" He asked them as he passed the duo.
"It's nice to meet you. I think my sister is trying to herd everyone into the library, if you want to come by after you've found everyone." He smiled at Faeya, since she seemed the most nervous.
"It'll be a good chance to get to know each other, without big brother watching us." Cowyn said, referring to Alpha.

"War and Peace, cliche, I know. How about this, we find our rooms and then we find this library?" Gwen asked as Cowyn went to find their rooms. He was happy to find they had separate rooms, even if they were right next to each other.
Gwen nodded before looking up sharply.
"I sense a change in luck...I believe a fight is going to happen. Excuse me as I make sure a child of Nemesis doesn't pick favorites." Gwen said, packing up her stuff and throwing the last steak before going back up to the pavilion.

Luck was another form of energy, one that children of Nemesis and Tyche could see. Where Nemesis could manipulate the bad luck, Tyche could manipulate the good. However Tyche had a way of making certain people have very bad luck, and Nemesis had ways of making people have very good luck, which is what Gwen was tempted to do when she saw it was Hector. Gwen was not a big fan of Hector and she thought he could use a beating from Adrian to knock some sense into him.

"If they don't have any, I got a tablet full of them hun, I'll let you borrow whenever you want." Gwen winked at Emily as she stood up, ready to go to her room, hoping she didn't have to share with her brother.
"I had some logistical things to plan out and here seemed the best place to do it, especially since no one usually comes out here until nine." Gwen smiled at Charlie, shrugging slightly as she threw another steak at Mrs. O'Leary.
Gwen had gotten up extra early, made sure her cabin was clean before heading out to find some breakfast. She grabbed some food, offering half of it to her mother, before scarfing down the rest. Then she headed to the arena to, hopefully, get some quiet as everyone else started to get going. She was jumped by Mrs. O'Leary, who was avidly licking her, but managed to push her off.
"I hear ya girl." Gwen laughed, as she grabbed some steaks from the meat shed that was firmly locked from Mrs. O'Leary since otherwise it would be gone within the hour. She tossed them in the air one by one as the giant Hellhound finished them off before moving to the spectator seats in the arena, and getting out her notebook. Given to her by her mother, it was the best way to keep track of all her records as it had unlimited paper. When she didn't want it, it would disappear, and when she did want it, it would come back. Very useful when you're in charge of A. making sure the Camp has enough luck to keep going and where that luck comes from, and B. Keeping track of all the bets and what various matches are happening that day. Gwen had just finished sorting on the Camp's luck when she heard someone come up to the arena. She closed the notebook to see Charlie come into the arena, probably to feed Mrs. O'Leary.
"'Ello Charlie." Gwen called, her Welsh accent slipping in as she watched him.
