Deimos was suddenly assailed with visions of death and dismemberment. While the actual visions where nothing to amazing for a woman who had been fighting and killing for hundreds of years, the suddeness of them was the shocker. She watched rather closely in case they where of importance, but a few seconds in showed her that they where just the general Chaos Hallicination.
What did catch her eye, after the shock value of the visions disapated and they melded in with the rest of the hundreds of years, was some interesting trophies, and banners. With slightly to much enthusiasm, Deimos stepped forward and gave her attention to sifting through them, trying to find anything of interest.

IMO, I think that to negate all damage and reflect it all would cost more than 5 energy. Also, why do I count 5 skills/traits there for a level 4 character?
Start with 1 skill, and then 4 skill/trait points, makes 5.
Just as long as Rocksmith doesn't decide to start Sebastianing and convinces the police in the street below to join him in a calypso-beat version of 'Hit The Girl' to inspire the rest of the party.

Deimos is using it as a weapon. Well, more of a projectile, really. She pulled it off and threw it at the enemy.
I am amazed how everyone seemed to slip so easily into the role of knowing exactly what to do, and I am floundering like a fish out of water.
