Nena's NC. I'll edit the history around it if it gets accepted.

Codename: Spooky
Appearance
Body & Type Spooky is pretty light for a humanoid NC, armoured well enough to take a few shots, but not one to stand in the middle of a firefight and laugh, due to the fact that it has heavy ordinence, and needed to skimp somewhere to be able to actually glide. It can do ground combat decently with it's Kururugi Multi-gun, but it's main skill lies in the air, like a bird. Quite literally, as it can fire up Hardlight Wings to allow it the ability to glide long distances with ease. The only problem lies in the power consuption, which can make the NC run dry if not watched. While posessing enough firepower to be pretty dangerous in itself, it's main goal is recon and target designation
Equipment & Armaments:

Main Gun: Kururugi Multi-gun
An interesting weapon for an interesting NC, the Multi-gun is a trio of 15mm artilery cannons installed on a rotating axis around a 120mm cannon, allowing for rapid fire, bringing decent mid-range shots to the fray, but allowing for strong area coverage from the air. The 120mm cannon rarely sees action on the ground due to Spooky's lack of proper ground-based artiliery design, so it is near-exclusively an airal weapon.

Hardlight generator 'Gabriel':
Wings of light allowing for sustained gliding at the cost of considerable energy drain, they make Spooky a highly versitle NC in the air, with manouverability and flight-time unmatched by regular thrusters. It can also be used to generate a Hardlight shield for the NC, but this is a rare occurance and only used when the skys are to unfriendly, or there is no way to fly - inside a building or underground.

Auxiliery power battery - 'Anti-Pancake'
Humorously named due to it's most common useage, the Anti-Pancake is a backup feature in case of damage to the Gabriel system while in flight. This system grants enough power to allow for a measured landing, rather than a crash landing. It does not have enough power to allow for sustained flight however, as Gabriel can drain the entire battery in around thirty seconds.

Augmented Retro-Thrusters:
Spooky has several thursters about it's person to assist in primary take off and emergency in-flight changes, mostly evasive action, but occasionally used to increase Spooky's speed to hunt down a fleeing target, something it does pretty well since there is no terrain in the air.
I was thinking more of a 'Long Glide' system than actual flight. But still, good to know.
So, to avoid mistakes a second time, does this rp have any aerial recon/ordinence support NCs?
I could probably change about the history, do some dos, and get a girl with a massive Railgun for pin-point sniper action, to pick off targets precisely, along with Spyder's LRFS systems.
It wasn't meant to be either.
Spartans had a lot of melee combatants, and they did well.
Aye, we have smart darlings here.

I do remember seeing an NC with something like that, which is where I got the idea.
There are a lot of questions of the same type. I guess when I make the Primary Feature evident, it will anwser all of them.
Elou stood up from the wall, and smiled softly at the ghoul that proposed his one man solo sneaking mission like he was some sort of bad ass or something. She shook her beautiful head softly, and spoke her own idea. In opposition to his dry gunky voice, Elou's was like soft chiming bells.
"Why don't we do both? You claim we are going to be easy to pick out of a crowd, and that if we go in everyone will have their eyes on us. So, we go in, obvious and all but waving our arms around to draw attention, and then you slip in after us. Just one more Ghoul, on top of the new 'smooth skin' group arriving, you wouldn't even rate a side-bar. Which would increase the chance of sucess considerably. And if something does happen and it goes south for you, you'll have help on hand instead of just being there alone and most probably going to get killed by buggers for buggering sake" she finished, smiling warmly, and looking like a motherly feature, if it wasn't for the monster of a gun hanging off her hip, that is.
That seems a bit small for an NC. Since a medium sized NC is 10 to 15 meters, and weaponry unleashed has blast redius in the hundreds of square feet, Rose would get blasted to smithereens from a random rocket volley, and being so melee centric it severely limits the force she can bring to bear with weaponry scaled for a 9ft tall NC. You may say that Rose would target structural weak points, but that still leaves her in a suit of armor that will be scrapped from even a grazing blow from another NC.

Yes. That's what the Primary Feature is for though. Keeping it alive. And I didn't know there were scalings, so I guess it's about 17 foot tall. Still, it's not bulky, it's not well armoured, and it is very fast. Think, Lancelot from Code Geass, rather than Gurren Lagann from, well, Gurren Lagann.
