@ViolentViolet Its up to the gm there certainly is openings but Scarlett doesn't want the gender ratio to get to crazy, at first it was almost all female chars lol so you know she'll let us know. I was thinking about making another Guard Char for this Rp anyway.

Mission chuckled at the mention of death, something he seemed all too familiar with. When he saw lights reaction he dropped his own cigarette and stepped on it pulling up his bandana. He flashed to all four corners of the square but didn't see anything. "What's wrong?" he said not seeing any immediate danger. You never could know entirely what you were dealing with in this world anymore. He pulled out his phone and checked the messages for any updates on the city's situation. There was nothing there, but Mission had only been in the city for a few weeks now and Light was the only other super he had ever talked to here. His power was not something he'd encountered in all his years.

Mission pulled out another cigarette and lit it pulling down his mask with his back to the crowd. He looked at Light hesitant to tell him to much about himself, he didn't really know this guy after all. "About 50 years ago I had a life, and probably a family. The military decided to try to make a weapon out of me but it didn't entirely work in their favor." He took a deep drag of his smoke and exhaled. "So basically, Im a dead man walking. What's your story?" He said taking another deep drag of his smoke making sure no one could see his face directly, you never knew who was looking. Mission smirked, he supposed that's the price you paid for running so long. How do you figure if they're even still looking?

Light approached Mission abruptly sort of drawing attention to him which he didn't care for but, that is why he wore the bandana. He shrugged figuring there was no use in hiding anymore, he flashed forward meeting Light, some people in the crowd gasped. "I got here about the same time as you," There was something about this kid, almost like he knew what he was doing which was refreshing in this city. And when Light let off that pulse of energy Mission knew he would rather be by this guys side then alone with the regulars. "This doesn't look like a Super's work" he said taking off his glove and touching some of the paint. He frowned trying again with the other hand. Nothing, now this didn't usually happen.

Mission put his glove back on and look back at Light out stretching a hand towards him. "Mission, by the way." He said trying to be polite. @branchofsin
