Personality: He is for the most part a calm and observant individual. Despite that, however, there are somes things that can easily excite him, and others that can ruin his mood. He is one to take care of the friend he makes, and enjoys being around them. It is when he is defending you that you know he is a reliable friend you can count on, through think or thin. He does, notably, have a strong sense of right and wrong, with the bravery to match.
Background/History:
Kevin grew up in the country, but not so far out as to be assumed a farmer. To be more presice, he lived in a moderately sized town that didn't have a lot to say about it, but neither did it have little. A large part of his family, and by that I mean just about half, was military, the entirety of his mother's side aside from her. The other half of the family, well, was average, a few of them were in the military,some in sports, all walks of life essentially.

Other than that, there's not much to say. Due to the influnce on his mother when she grew up, he was raised to be healthy and athletic, him and his two siblings. He partook in sports in school and graduated close to the upper part of his class. He moved out and struck out on his own, living in an apartment paid for with the money he earned from odd jobs and the like. He thought of persuing more education, but he had stuck himself in a slump that would take time to get out of. Then things changed, suddenly, while he was watching TV.
Goal/Desires: Has none for now, as he can't think of on- "Is that a dragon?" *sigh*
Powers:
-Dracomancy- This essentially gives one the abilities of a dragon and the ability to turn into on. A resistance to the elements, especially fire, and more stamina, endurance, strength, and the like. The ability to fully change into a dragon, or add/change different parts of the body into that of a dragon. At first is incapable of fully changing into a dragon.
-Elementalist- As it sounds, the ability to control the elements, a form of magic. For now he can only control the base elements, being air, water, fire, earth, but can later control wood(flora) and the like. Regarding how powerful his control is at first, he is only able to launch a rock the size of his fist or release a gust of wind that is only stong enough to blow around hair.
-Friend of Dragons- Is able to speak to and understand dragon, able to befriend them and have them as allies. Hostile dragons have difficulty attacking him on sight and are more likely to speak with him.
Equipment/Inventory: Literally nothing but the clothes he has on, a pair of goggles, and a bag of candy.[/c]

Also, what about dracomancy makes you want it locked? I thought it might've been enough that he'd at most be able to transform his hand/foot/eye.
