Alice watched curiously as Luke continued to act strangely. She wondered what was up with him today. "Are you feeling okay?" she asked him in a concerned voice. He was shaking and turning red, so she was worried that he might be getting sick. "Maybe you should lie down and get something to drink." She walked towards him and placed a hand on his forehead. "Oh my god, you're burning up!" she exclaimed.

Alice shyly looked at the ground as Adelisa teased her. She never got the chance to hear Adam play the guitar, and the thought of that seemed... Way cool. "I honestly don't really know what she planned, maybe I should text her?" she said.

She then pulled out her phone and began to text Lorelei, "Hey girl, what are the party deets again? Thanks love!"

Alice was a bit confused by Luke's behavior. Why was he stuttering around her? Usually he seemed so calm and controlled. She gave him a gentle smile and said, "Nice to see you too. So, you're coming to the party for sure right?" She didn't really know what to say to him so she was making simple conversation.

"Hm.. Uh..well Blake had soccer, and Lorelei disappeared on me without really explaining so I don't really know. Oh, and don't be upset but Lorelei is throwing a huge bash for you two and everyone in the town will be there.. Probably. Is that ok?" Alice answered and returned Adelisa's hug.

She also smiled back shyly at Adam. Then in came Luke and Lola. Two very interesting people that she never really talked to and was a bit afraid to talk to. And Lola brought flowers for some reason.

"Hey Lola, Luke" she greeted them politely. She still had the gift bags in her hands for the twins to give, but she could wait til the party.

Alice was blushing furiously as Lorelei teased her about Adam. She also made sure to say hi to Blake because even though they weren't really friends, she knew that Blake was a nice person and she was also Lorelei's friend. While Lorelei was looking at music sheets, Alice decided to get Adelisa a small music note pin with shiny gemstones on it for her collection. For Adam, it was harder to think of a gift. In the end, she bought him a cool looking black wrist band. Lorelei was acting a bit weird and disappeared suddenly. Alice was a bit suspicious but let it slide. She was probably busy with company stuff or something.

Her phone began to ring and she saw that it was Addie. Quickly, she picked up but was surprised to hear Adam's voice on the other end. He said something about meeting at the barn? Should she go home and change first? What should she do? The gifts she bought were already in gift bags so she could go. She looked down at her flannel and skinny jeans. She didn't need to dress to impress right?

Blake had already left for soccer practice or something so Alice took Lorelei's company car to Adelisa's place. She went straight to the back to where the barn was and took a deep breath before entering. Hoping she wasn't interrupting anything she called out, "Happy birthday you two!"

Lorelei didn't even give Alice a chance to answer, but she didn't mind. She got up and grabbed her bag. She did want to go out and having Lorelei take her there was better than walking as she doesn't have a car yet.

She heard a knock on the door; Lorelei was here already. She opened the door and greeted her best friend cheerfully. "Hey, so it's Addie's birthday, so I was thinking lets go to the mall and get her something. And maybe something for Adam too since it's his birthday too..." Her face turned a bit red at the mention of Adam. She always thought he was really cute and maybe it was a tiny crush, but he was her best friend's twin brother so she would never go there. Besides, he probably thinks she's weird or likes someone else or something. But if he got his necklace today, just maybe she would see if they were a match or not.
