Yay list made!

Well everyone already knows Emi's preference based on the IC...
Emi Sugihara

Ms. Shiba had announced that they were leaving and then she and Hisoka had an exchange about housemates and such as they reached the bus. So Emi was going to have a housemate, huh? If it was Kaya she could probably live with that. As long as it wasn't the ice queen herself she should be fine actually. What was her name again? Kireina? That sounded about right.

The entire living arrangements in itself was interesting. They were given houses between the two of them and food and money as well. Did the two living together have to share the money though? Well, she'll find out later.

For now, she was more concerned about who she was going to be living with. It was almost a matter of life and death. "Please... please... be someone normal and decent..." she prayed silently to herself.

Alright that's cool. Just curious.
so do we get to choose our housemates?
@coolbro
Sure, roommates it is then ^__^
Anyone want to be Darlene's roommate? :)
Darlene's father did not even bother to see her off from the airport, not that she expected him to anyways. At least her older brother, Junior, was nice enough to drop her off. Though his goodbye was definitely not pleasant.

"Try not to get killed, bitch," he called out from his pick-up truck.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah. Thanks for your concern," she shouted back.

She thought about her younger brother, Simon. She already missed him and it has only been an hour since she last saw him. But she was ready to start her journey to prove to her father that she had what it takes to be a hunter like him.

One long flight and cab ride later, she arrives in front of the famous Academy of Solomon. Carrying her luggage in one hand, she entered without hesitation. There were already a couple of people here, but she did not pay too much attention to them. She simply wanted to get into her room and settle down as soon as possible so they can start the entire hoedown as soon as possible. She did not know where to head, but as long as she was going forward it should be fine.

Somehow she was able to figure out where she was supposed to go; thanks to the help of some of the staff on campus. She entered her dorm and saw that she was the first one there. She could not help but wonder who her roommate would be, even though that wasn't too important. She began to unpack her stuff, which wasn't much. All she had was a couple sets of clothes, her trusty ax, and other necessities. She decided to stay in the room until her room mate arrived as she wanted to formally meet them. It was the only the polite thing to do after all.

Emi watched as the girl flailed, trying to talk to her. She sighed as she was starting to feel bad for the poor girl. She supposed she could be more cooperative and help the girl out. "I never really tried playing freeze tag, but I guess it could be helpful." she answered thoughtfully.

"I don't really know what my powers have to do with freeze tag and isn't it cheating anyways?" she added silently to herself.

"Nice to meet you Mishiba-san. Yeah, I'm 16 as well." She didn't know what else to say, and prayed to whoever was out there that they would be leaving soon so she doesn't have to try to keep up a conversation. Well, the two that they were waiting on had arrived already, so they should be on their way soon.

Emi smirked as a girl popped out of nowhere and starting talking. It had caught her off guard and the sudden invasion of personal space was not something that Emi took very kindly to. However, Greeny was a lot more annoyed than Emi was. She rolled her eyes at Hisoka's lame pun but then he did something else. Hisoka began to announce everyone else's elements, and some people did not seem to like that very much. They had all just met and it was already extremely tense. And somehow they were supposed to form squads among each other? She hoped she got to work with normal, sane people at least.

Oh right, someone was talking to her.

"Yeah, I'm a first year. I'm guessing you are too. I have tried it out before; nothing too interesting," she replied politely. She did not want to reveal too much of her skills yet; she had to leave some things up to their imaginations.

More people came, one spat out his name as if it was acid, it was just so swell. Emi shouldn't be complaining too much though, it's not like she was much of a ray of sunshine either.

Emi looked at him with disbelief. "He was testing us? People here are so..." She left it at that and shrugged it off. She took his hand and gave it a gentle shake.

"Emi Sugihara. 16. Air elemental." she answered back simply. She turned back to see who he meant by "greeny". Actually, it was really obvious, huh, that nickname really did fit him to a tee. He was indeed, very green. He was covering his mouth; did he find something amusing?

"Now, now Emi. You won't make friends like that." She could already hear her aunt's voice ringing in the back of her head. She redirected her attention towards Hisoka.

"Nice to meet you, Namiki-senpai," she added, doing her best to sound friendly.
