I was serious kenshi. There were some golf carts stolen. The theory me and my parents alike had was they took them for joy rides and such. The owners were upset I believe. They were public property after all.

we had a cop stop by my neighborhood about a week or so ago. Apparently, some golf carts had gotten stolen from a nearby building and they were asking people about them, like if they have seen them and such, especially since one was found abandoned right near where I lived.
