Heres the OC for everyone to get characters up

Kamen Rider: Generations!

"Ladies and Gentlemen, You have been invited to join the ranks of some of the greatest heroes the world has ever seen." The tall grey haired man said as he paced back and forth across the stage. "As many of you know the greatest Organization of Evil, known as Grand Shocker, has made themselves known. The world is now in dire need as all of the heroes have vanished without so much as a wink. Leaving behind only letters stating their wish to find someone worthy of wielding their power." He continued getting a gasp from the crowd. "Now you all here have been selected to join our organization known as BOARD. We will be testing you over the next few weeks and training you all to become one of the greatest heroes should our current heroes fall. You are now the second class of what we affectionately call The Kamen Rider Academy. Lets get started."

This idea came to me while reading an article on how Power Rangers Ninja Storm nearly became about a huge organization of Rangers with different teams all having been apart of it. The idea intrigued me and I thought hey why not Kamen Rider. So here we are. No need to be a previous Rider fan but please do some research before considering this RP as we want you all to at least know what your Rider characters can do. Speaking of which, each player will have control over two characters. One Rider and one Cadet. If anyone has any other questions please ask and I will answer to the best of my ability.

Rules:
Decade and Di-End ,no go purely for balance reasons.
Follow GM and Co-GM their word is law.

BOARD will determine everyone's ability to power up to the next level, for example, Wizard (Base Forms) --> Wizard (Dragon Forms) --> Wizard Infinity

Bio: Vadrua has always admired the Dragon Riders having grown up around Arya who is one of her greatest heroes in their world. She always wanted to have that strength and grace and so she trained with her sword and bow as well as riding though not on a dragon, unfortunately. She was ecstatic when she was given the chance to head to the Stronghold and hopefully be chosen by a Dragon.
