Hmm... Well Cap can take quite a punch, then again I'm not working with all the information. If whatever has happened to him has left him weaker then maybe it could work?

Part of the problem is probably people not knowing what to post (wow, could there be anymore p's in there?) Everyone's jumped into the fight but it's hard to carry that on unless you're playing against someone

"Well, maybe not all of it, I haven't read your versions in length." Kat muttered with a dismissive wave of her hand. Hearing Victor broadcasting the meal of the day, she fixed him with a quick glare before directing her attention to Fury. Though when he began talking to them as if they were children she rolled her eyes. She didn't like being patronised at the best of times, and certainly not from someone like him.

Very soon however, that was the least of her problems. She turned quickly at the sound, poised to fight. It was always her first response now; inconvenient at times but it kept her alive. Seeing it was a threat she quickly changed her clothes, not into something quite so ostentatious as before but instead formfitting and dark. Before she could do anything however Finnigan had dove infront of her, despite the fuss he'd made he'd quickly forgotten the 'god' thing. Forming a quick shield in front of them both she waited for the initial attack to subside. "I think I'll survive." She said, not caring to veil the sarcasm, and then broke off and dove in herself.

She didn't fight with strength, she wasn't strong, not in her eyes. She twisted and ducked and turned, light on her feet, constantly circling. But she was no less destructive. There was no hesitation in her movements just absolute certainty in herself and her body.

State of Heroes and Villains

"Before you all scurry away, I might have a solution." Kat appeared as if from no where, speaking loudly so as to attract their attention. "My house is more than large enough, I'm sure. Its location is isolated and remote, so any attacks that may come will not be able to surprise us. Perhaps most importantly, I have no earthly affiliations, no ulterior motives. Granted it's not ideal but, well..." She paused, looking around at what remained of the school, "is any of this really?" She was prepared for the questions, her kith and kin meant may had a predisposition to distrust her. Honestly she would prefer her home not be invaded but they seemed stubbornly resistant to any other ideas.

Kat had some demure response planned but that was for naught when Victor opened his mouth. Yet history will remember me as the dramatic one. Well, if the cat was out of the bag then she may as well have fun with it. His reaction however was more extreme than most, and she watched him like one would watch a dog try to catch it's own tail. Leaving him to his small meltdown she turned back to Victor. "That sounds divine. Though you should really keep your voice down, if everyone knows they'll want some." Taking the wineskin she had a sip, looking back to Finnigan. "Yes, well, we can both attest to its legitimacy. The Eternal Realm - the myth, the legend - it's all true." She smiled in both measures playful and dangerous, and took another sip of the mead.

She looked up as the door swung open, seeing the metallic form. She watched as it matched over to Fury and announced itself. With a small shake of her head she finally took a large swig and then handed the skin back to Victor.

It should probably be open to the person who first got the super, maybe have two lists? Like 'unavailable' and 'used but open to discussion'?

And I'm not ignoring your post Erklings, judt travelling back to uni and am awful at long posts on my phone!

@KillBox I know it can be fustrating, I've been in your position before, but the best system in these kinds of RPs is first come first served, plus if everyone has the same powers it will end up dull

Charming, or trying to be; she had many reasons to mistrust charm, mostly because it was the act she played so well to toy with others. He was more than willing to try and feed her her own medicine though. "Eldkatla. Though I have quickly realised it never sounded uglier than from the mouths of Americans, so call me Kat for both of our sakes." She explained, staring him down with a playful smile. She wasn't going to give much more in return, where was the fun in making it easy?

I think it might be worth creating a list of the supers who have been used as parents, and whether that person would mind them being used again or not, as this seems like it's going to be a reoccurring problem
