With scarecrow as a badguy, it humors me to think of batman incorporated as a criminal network with victims of the batman banding together against the 'injustice' served to them.

Then just the stone skin and give everyone a +5 Defense(1/3 of 15 Defense) from his solid wall if we are targeted by an AOE. He'll throw the flash bang on the next round.

Brick passes off the other pistols to Flare for him to use but keeps the SMG for now and one grenade. He put his hand to the rubble and armor up his skin in a mash of building supplies before coming up to the roof. He expected them to be gone, or bunkered down for a shootout until they could escape, not... This.
