Anyone have expecence with paranoia tabletop game?

I've never played before, and as I understand things that is the best way to play Paranoia.

I just watched the first five episodes of Hannibal S2

What did you think of what Hannibal did to the Muralist? That made me laugh my head off, especially with the way it's interspersed with the forensics team being completely misled and useless. Oh and I'm really starting to hate Alana and kinda hope dies next, but I have a feeling she won't.

Isn't that a little like decorating and parading it's corpse, if you take away it's function? I believe the traditional human way of respecting socks is to attempt to impregnate them.
