Bleach: A New Dawn

How long had it been since then? Since he had that dream of joining the Gotei 13? Aizen had lost track of the years, but the dream had never faded from his mind, or his heart. Even when he was forced to drop out of the academy, the dream still remained strong with him. And now, now he had finally been accepted into their ranks, into the Gotei 13. Though it was true, he was squadless at the moment, Aizen knew that would come to change in time, as all things did. "Hey, stop daydreaming and watch where you're going!" his escort told him. "Y-yes, sir!" he replied before tripping over himself. He groaned a little as he stood, his escort shaking his head, "How they let you in, I'll never know." he said before turning to continue on his way. Aizen dropped his head, the guy was right, how come he was accepted? Had to be a reason beyond how he got his Zanpakutos, right? "Hey kid, we're here. Once you pass through the gate, you'll be where you belong. My suggestion, find yourself a squad you'll fit in with, and fast. Sure you wouldn't want people to find out you don't really belong here, do you?" he asked, walking away. Aizen frowned, no, he didn't want people to find out the truth about how he got in. Heading through the gate, he began to go over his choices, immediately dismissing Squad 11. It wasn't that he disliked the squad, it was more their way of acquiring a Captain that didn't sit well with him, fighting to the death wasn't exactly his style. Yeah, better to avoid going that route... he thought to himself, trudging along. By this point, he had no idea he had become lost within the maze of walls, finally coming to a stop suddenly. "Umm, and when did I walk in here? Better yet, where's the exit?" he asked himself. He sighed, yep, he was useless alright.

Personality: Aizen is pretty much a klutz, though his intentions are good willed. He's friendly, perhaps a bit too friendly, and that sometimes gets him into trouble. He's dedicated, so much so, that once he sets his mind on something he wants, he loses all focus on other things. He's loyal, though also a pushover, and easily taken advantage of.

History: Aizen...well, let's just say, he dropped out of the academy. In his first year. It wasn't due to lack of effort, it was due to his...Kido backfires. While he was never truly able to learn anything other than Kido, even that had it's own problems, typically backfiring on him. If, for some reason or another, his Kido worked and didn't backfire, he'd accidentally hit a classmate. It got to the point where he had injured several of his classmates severely, which consequentially led to him being given an ultimatum. Drop out, or never be allowed to graduate even if he were to improve. He chose to drop out.

During Aizen's years out of the academy, he trained himself, never once letting his dream of becoming a Shinigami ever disappear. One night, Aizen had a strange dream. In the dream, he saw his parents fighting hordes of Hollows, each one more grotesque than the last. Eventually his parents fell, and the Hollows turned on him, advancing hungrily. Here's where the dream gets strange, the Hollows suddenly vanished, as if they had been purified by a Zanpakuto. He looked down, and in his hands were a pair of Zanpakutos. Upon awaking from the dream, Aizen found both weapons beside where he lay, unsure of how they got there.

It wasn't long before word spread of his new Zanpakutos, and even less time before he was brought to Central 46, where he was questioned thoroughly about every aspect of his dream and the two Zanpakutos. After what seemed like an eternity, a verdict was reached, Aizen was granted permission to join the Gotei 13. However, there was one condition to his acceptance, he was to never tell anyone how he came into possession of the two Zanpakutos.

Nina sighed to herself, she didn't see why she had to attend these meetings, it wasn't like they involved her in any of the hunts anyways. Hunts, that's what they called them, but she knew better than to believe what 'they' said. It was murder. They didn't understand what a Doll was, what they did, but it wasn't like she could tell them. "Miss Kakuzu, you're slouching." her butler whispered to her. She sighed again, "So what Jeffry? I'm bored, I'd rather be doing something else right now." she huffed. The meeting wrapped up and Nina's father beckoned to her, "Nina, I know you like to do things your way, but things are about to change around here. There will be places you cannot walk into anymore. I'm sorry, but it's becoming too dangerous for you to be wandering around anymore, so please just stay in your room from now on. You understand, right?" he asked, turning around to stare out the window. Nina was about to protest, but decided against it, "Yes, father." she replied. "Good, now, hurry along. Dinner will be shortly." he dismissed her. She huffed, but left the room and made her way towards her room, grabbing the wall as she felt a slight tremor. She made a face, knowing exactly what caused the tremor, Eris... she thought, making her way past two frightened men that bolted past her. She closed her door and locked it, moving to the closet where she kept Eris hidden, digging through the assortment of junk she used to conceal the Doll with.

She finally found Eris, sighing and holding her head, "Eris, you know I don't like it when you use your abilities in the house, it causes suspicion." she scolded the girl. However, Nina couldn't ever stay mad at Eris, after all, she had saved Nina's life. Helping her to stand, Nina spoke again, "My father's lost all sense of reason, Eris, he wishes to confine me here in this room. I cannot do it. I cannot just sit here and do nothing anymore. That's why I've decided to leave this place, whatever is happening out there, it has to be stopped. We're leaving, Eris, tonight." she said.

This...feeling. The feeling of one near death...it's just as before...just like the first time... a man thought. He slowly stood, the world he knew slowly starting to reveal a familiar world he had visited once before, a world where 'they' could be found. Perhaps he could find 'him' there again, just like before. But this time, this time he would be the victor. Eventually the images came to focus on one man, This is him, the one who will not say no, just as 'she' didn't say no. he thought. He smirked, reaching for his mask, placing it where it belonged. After that, a pair of twin katanas appeared before him, Murasame. Muramasa. It is time to return to that world again, to exact vengeance on 'him'. This human will be my new anchor, a means to an end, an end that knows no bounds. he thought, taking hold of the weapons. Sheathing them on his back, he moved through the shimmering light and into the mortal world, his body manifesting to the right of Artemis, "Do not ask how I got here, human, you would not understand. Instead, if you wish to live, then allow yourself to be my anchor here. Do so, and I will ensure your survival." he said, his voice cold and monotonous. He watched the advancing Puppeteer, hands on his blades, "Decide quickly now, human." he added.

Well, that really depends on you and your partner's preferences. For Xavier and Artemis, they'll find each other. But for Nina and Eris, they already have. So it's majorly up to what you want to have happen.
