Bio

Posting and replies will be limited due to my upcoming transplant on the 22nd of June. I apologize to everyone waiting on me in advance.

Suppose I can say a few things about myself.

My name's Josh, I happen to enjoy roleplaying(obviously), a bit of gaming now and then, and watching anime from time to time. I'm typically hanging around here somewhere, or sitting in Chat. If you want to speak to me there, feel free. Wouldn't be opposed to VM's either. You can also add me to Skype if you so wish, I'll put that up at the end. I typically do 1x1 roleplays, though there are group ones I do, provided the plot is interesting enough. Anyways, suppose that's all for now.

Tyme watched his mentor carefully, studying every step he took as the two circled each other, both in different stances. His mentor held his gunblade on an angle in front of himself, while Tyme held his own behind him in his right hand, his left hand held forward with the palm open. The pair had been at a stalemate for the last ten minutes, just circling. Tyme knew what this spar meant, either he would be allowed to go out into the world as a real trained mercenary, or he would have to spend another year training even harder than before. He didn't want that, staying here another year would only delay things even more, he had to be free again. This was a fight...for his future! Narrowing his eyes, Tyme ran forward, the tip of the gunblade dragging across the stone floor, making a screeching noise. As his mentor swung his gunblade, Tyme blocked with his own, then pushed it away, placing a hand on the mans shoulder and vaulting over him. The man turned, raising his weapon to block Tyme's own, seeing he had pushed off the wall after the vault. He skidded to a stop a few feet away, "You've improved, Tyme, you're starting to learn how to use your surroundings to your advantage. However, it'll take more than that to gain your freedom. If you cannot beat me, then you do not deserve freedom." he said, charging the boy. Tyme evaded the first swing, then parried the second, finally blocking the third one. The two remained locked together, their gunblades pressing against each other, "Come on, boy! Is this all you have? Seven years of training, and this is all you've got?!" the man said, pushing Tyme back.

He lowered his gunblade and pointed at the boy, "Start taking this seriously! No more holding back, you hear me?! Come at me like you're going to kill me, because if you don't, I'll kill you myself." he said, slowly lifting his gunblade. Tyme stood from where he had been pushed, taking in a deep breath and calming himself, changing his stance. He now held his gunblade like a fencer would hold their rapier, holding his left hand behind him with the palm open, facing the ceiling. He moved quickly, his mentor barely having time to block the first and second strikes, winding up taking a hit from the third one. The man felt blood trickle down his arm, looking at Tyme, who was a few feet away again. "I see you've improved with that stance, good, I think it suits you better. Very well, Tyme, you've made it clear to me that there's nothing more I can teach you. Keeping you here would only hinder your growth." he said, sheathing his gunblade. Tyme sheathed his own and removed the strap, knowing that he would have to return it, "Thank you, master." he said. As the man took the weapon, he grabbed Tyme's shoulder, "Before you leave, I have a gift for you, something that will help you as you travel." he said. He turned to the locked glass case behind him and unlocked it, carefully pulling out a larger, sheathless gunblade, turning back to Tyme and handing it to him. "It was the first gunblade I ever got, back when the technology was still brand new. I want you to take it, Tyme, so it will remind you of who you are when you doubt yourself." he told him. Tyme looked at the weapon before taking it, hoisting it over his shoulder, "Thank you, master, I'll take good care of it. Hopefully we'll see each other again." he said. The man nodded with a smile, watching as the boy walked out of his home, "Good luck, my boy." he said after he was gone. Tyme looked around for awhile, finally deciding to head left, hoping to find someone looking to hire him.
Forsythia smiled after receiving Evaline's report, "That is great news, Evaline, Thank The Great One that you were not hurt either. This is truly a time for celebration, for we have a new hunter among us. Congratulations Rin, it is an honor to have you as a hunter. And as tradition, tonight's feast will be in your honor." she said, smiling at the boy. She turned to the gathered villagers, "Another year has passed, and another hunter has been added to the fold, let us welcome Hunter Rin." she told them. The villagers clapped and cheered, each of them coming up to congratulate the man. Forsythia smiled before turning her head to Evaline, "I trust you'll be able to handle things once you have recovered, I must return to The Great One and finish preparing my speech for the feast. Come Gatz, let us return." she said before stroking the Alfort's mane.
Name: Tyme Ishinara

Gender: Male

Age: 25

Zodiac Sign: Time

Lower Signs: Wind and Lightning

Weapon Type: Gunblade

Appearance:

Personality: Tyme is a closed off individual, typically keeping silent and refusing to talk to those around him, though he does have a very strong sense of justice. He is also very distrusting of those who approach him, often expecting them to harm him in some way.

History: Tyme grew up in the Alpha district with his parents and younger sister, though they were of the lower class. Tyme's parents were barely able to get by, often giving up eating so Tyme and his sister could. Then the day came when there was an accident in the Industrial district where both of his parents worked, his parents were involved and never made it out alive, thus orphaning Tyme and his sister. With no money coming in, and no known living relatives, the two were kicked to the street. As the years went by, Tyme began to teach himself how to use a sword, while his sister learned the ways of archery. When the two got older, they eventually started to hire themselves out to people for jobs, earning a living that way. After saving up enough money, Tyme's sister took some of it and bought a ring and engraving tools, spending all her free time between jobs etching something into the ring. On Tyme's eighteenth birthday, she gave it to him, the ring finally finished. The design was that of a lion leaping through flames, it was the best gift he could've gotten from her...and it would also be the last.

Three days later, there was a large commotion, a crowd was gathering around a massive fallen tree. When Tyme approached, all he could see was his sister pinned under it, dying. Tyme stayed with his sister, not wanting her to die, though that was impossible. He remained there with her, even after the crowd had dispersed, refusing to move even for the guards. He was in shock, his sister was dead, he was the last one left of his family. Eventually Tyme left his sister, unable to think clearly, unaware that he was packing up all his belongings, including his sister's etching tools. He walked for hours, finally coming to his senses and looking around, finding he was lost. It wasn't long before someone noticed him, and after a lengthy talk, the person decided to take him in and teach him how to use a gunblade. Now, at twenty-five, he has completed his training and is ready to set out into the world once more. However, he doesn't know what lies before him, the path he will have to walk down. The destiny that awaits him.
Forsythia had been in the middle of preparing her speech for the feast when she heard the panicked voice of Rin, Gatz already sensing there was trouble as he followed her to the door, "Easy, Rin. Calm down, Evaline can take care of herself, she's the head hunter after all. However, I will not abandon her out there just because of that reason." she told the male. Snapping her fingers, Gatz took off with great speed out of The Pure One, headed for the deepest part of the forest. "Gatz will find her and help Kiyan keep her safe. Now come along Rin, lets get your cub something to eat while we wait, Evaline will be back in no time, you have my word." she motioned for the male to follow her. As she walked through the village, several people began to ask her where Evaline was. She simply gave them the same sort of answer she had given to Rin, though that didn't make the villagers any less worried. "I understand there hasn't been an incident like this for many years, but we all know there's a chance the females of the pride might return early, or pick up our scent. It's why we train our hunters the way we do." she said after several people questioned her further.

I was gonna wait for Krinos to post something, but I guess he's out?

No, I've been busy, but I'm still fully invested in the RP. I'll take a read and see what I can put up.
Hmm. Sorry for the extreme delay and long absence everyone. Projects have taken up my time more than I had thought they would, so I haven't been able to check on things and re-edit my post again. I'll read the replies and work on everything in the next few days.

I actually edited my last post as saying Kenny ran into him again.

Well, I edited the pub bit out and added a bit more to my post.

... Wouldn't you learn both names at the same time? *raises an eyebrow, seeing as they're technically the same zanpakuto, even if it's two separate swords*

Not in Aizen's case, as both Zanpakutos are individual. It's all made obvious in his history.

But if this isn't acceptable, then I already know how he'll learn both names.
Sounds good, might actually help me get some sort of idea on how I want Aizen to learn the name of one of his two Zanpakutos. Go ahead and find him at the pub. xD

"I see...so we have one wanting to join Squad 5 and the other wanting to join Squad 7?...I will arrange this then. I would test your abilities however I am busy so I will trust that you are both capable of handling yourselves...you made it through the Academy so I guess I should give you some credit." Kurisa then pulled out two pieces of paper from a draw and wrote on them both then slid them infront of him towards the two of them "Write your details on there and then hand them back to me. You may then leave and go to those respective Squad barracks...I will let those who are in those Squads know of your arrival as to not cause issues*

Aizen heard the Captain mention the academy, it was clear Central 46 hadn't informed the Captains of his...situation yet. It was of little concern, he was sure they'd tell them soon, right? In the meantime, Aizen just had to go along with it all. He moved to the desk and picked up his paper, reading it over quickly before filling it out and handing it back to the Captain, "Thank you very much for your time, Captain." he said, bowing before he left his office. He stopped halfway through the barracks before remembering his acquaintance had been with him as well, deciding to wait for him, even though they were heading in opposite directions. He wanted to make sure Kenny knew he was giving him a rain check on the story about his eye, Perhaps over drinks at one of the pubs here? Wonder if he drinks anyways? Aizen wondered, leaning against the wall as he waited. When Kenny patted him on the shoulder and told him he could help with acquiring his Shikai, Aizen made sure not to forget to take him up on the offer at some point.

He made his way back to the Squad Five barracks, this time as a member, deciding he'd get familiar with the place first. It was empty the last time he had visited, he wondered if it still was. Upon arriving, he sighed, yep, still empty. Oh well, at least he would have silence and peace to perform Jinzen again, one thing he repeatedly did since getting his weapons. Sitting on the floor in the corner, he set his Zanpakutos in his lap and lightly rested his hands on them, controlling his breathing. The academy had taught him a few things he had retained, though he still had no contact with his Zanpakutos, A whisper. A mumble. Anything...please. he thought, his concentration now breaking. "Damn it, I did it again!" he scolded himself, sighing afterwards. He stared at the identical Zanpakutos, "Why won't you talk to me? Am I not worthy yet? Or is there something else?" he asked, expecting a reply. He sighed again, "I need to face facts here, I may never be able to contact them...I never graduated the Academy after all, I don't blame them for thinking I'm not worthy, even I don't think I am..." he said, shaking his head. Standing, he decided he'd go relax at a pub, making his way towards the nearest one. He didn't get more than a couple feet before almost bumping into Kenny, this time the man nearly giving him a heart attack, "Damn it, Kenny, you nearly gave me a heart attack!" he exclaimed, holding a hand over his heart. After it calmed down, he looked at him, "I was wondering, you up for doing a mission with me?" he asked.
