Gio was slightly unnerved when he made it to the squad 12 barracks. upon entering he asked to speak with either the lieutenant or tha captain. Given the way things usually went, he wold probably be approached by the lieutenant. But that was fine this time around, as well as expected. Since the lieutenant was new he, or she, probably wouldnt know what happened to Gio but he should be aware of information regarding methods of betting ones self. However if he did get a chance to speak with the Captain of the squad he would have slightly different question. As he waited he glanced around the room hoping something might jog his memory. so far he was still drawing a blank. what he did wind up remembering was why he had come to this place in the first place. He had wanted to speak with the captain about sharing research result. the Kido corps research could prove helpful so the R&D department and the R&D research would give squad 5 something to practice. in a sense he had came to ask to participate in field studies that might prove useful to both squads 5 and 12. He couldnt remember if he ever got the chance to ask it though. since nothing had come of it he probably didnt so that was something else he could ask while he was here. unless he gets a door shut in his face like at squad 6.

Zero walked about the SRDI Building, accompanied by two other Shinigami who were explaining things to him "I understand...please chase that up. As for you...keep your eyes glued to that screen...I don't want you to miss a single thing..." As the two then nodded and bowed and made their way back Zero found himself face to face with an unfamiliar being. Zero looked at him, his eyes narrowing slightly as he looked him right in the eyes "What do we have here? My, My...those guards I hired are just awful, letting anyone into a place filled with such information...it's unforgivable..." Zero then pulled a list out his pocket and crossed two names off the list "That has sorted that out...now I can go ahead with that project now that I have the resources" Zero placed the list back into his pocket and looked back at Gio "Now what can I do for you? I'm a very busy man so please do make this quick...and make sure it's worth my time or you will become a part of my next project..."

Squad ten as a whole saved a whole fucking village rampaging hollows, Gillians, and a Lieutenant and a Captain level Adjuchas that Hikari took on! What did Squad two do? Kick some out of their office xDNo one is supposed to know thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat!Wait what the fuck, I thought it was nine going after us xDGo after Squad eleven asswipe! Those two Captains do have an actual rivalry going on!Besides, Hikari could take on the whole of Squad two alone >.> Kaizo and Rio may be a challenge, but he has Tabo with him <.<

Kaizo could do that in his sleep WHILE plowing Rio xD And Squad 2 ONLY just got it's Captain and hasn't had a Lieutenant for awhile >.> and Tabo don't count fo shit here! xD He only a temp captain! Hikari would get fisted so hard! Shiro would then sense a fight a then insert his large red thing into Hikari, making him scream a little from the pain but he'd be kinda used to it cause it's happened to him before xDDDDD Squad 2 vs Squad 10 vs Squad 11 vs Squad 9! four way rivalry! xD

Nene still couldn't believe t, if she wasn't already blind, she would have went blind from shock, so when the man asked her if it was simple, she pouted a bit. "Months of research, that just got demolished within a few seconds." She then sealed her shikai which counted as a loss for her, as it was qualified as a give up, so her hair turned dark green. She started walking away as well looking at the ground. "Sorry to disturb you, go ahead and go lay down. I'll just be thinking about things." Nene said as she walked away mumbling.

Kagiko watched and listened as Nene reacted, he found this odd...he then noticed her 'forfeit' the 'game' and as such her hair turned green...this was truly odd, her Zanpakuto was quite different..."Now where are you going? how about rather than running off and thinking to much about this, we go and test these out on a group of hollow as opposed to just one...perfection is still far from acheived...many experiments need to be done in order to perfect it...although you can never truly perfect something...no matter how you look at it, the word in itself gives false hope that you can create something without flaw..." Kagiko then noticed himself chatting a lot and going a bit off topic "Excuse me...I sometimes do that and wonder off into a world of my own. So...what do you say to my proposal?" Kagiko gave a warm smile, something you'd almost never see around the Squad 12 barracks or more so the SRDI...the only smiles you got around here was when someone invented some diabolical device to blow hollows brains up or something...

Once she heard her Captain's voice resonate from the other side of the door, Rio quickly straightened her clothes out and fixed her eye-patch, a habit that she had formed during her times visiting Captain Kuchiki. She always wanted to look professional and be taken seriously so keeping up her appearance was important. Opening the door, Rio looked in to find her Captain seated. Quickly but quietly closing the door, she immediately bowed respectfully towards Kaizo, just as she would of done each time she entered Captain Kuchiki's office. Only once she finished her sentence did Rio finally rise. Walking over to Kaizo's desk, she passed him the report she had wrote by placing it on top of his desk, turning the paper so he'd be able to read it. Taking a step back, Rio continued to speak, her eye keeping contact with Kaizo's. As Rio spoke, she could feel another presence approach the door and then enter without the Captain's order to. She didn't know how Captain Kaizo would feel about something like this, but Rio when people didn't respect the rules. Rio shunpo'ed right at that moment and reappeared in front of Angelo before grabbing him roughly by the collar. There was no expression nor emotion on her face, making her look almost blank as she dragged the guy to the door, opened it and chucked his body out of the room. She then abruptly slammed the door shut before Angelo could say anything. The whole time Rio's face was straight, clearly she had done this to others before. After straightening out her clothes once more, Rio returned to her previous spot, bowing. Raising, Rio looked back at Kaizo and kept quiet. She had said enough, now was time for her Captain's response.

Kaizo listened to Rio speak then nodded as he listened to her suggestion, ignoring the little scene that had happened he chose to focus on the matter at hand and replied to it as such "I see...very good job Lieutenant. I believe trying your idea and perhaps trialling it would be a good idea. Would you be able to handle all the work necessary? I can input but not as much as I'd like to...and do not worry Lieutenant...it's good that you show your authority...better you do it than me..." Kaizo tried to be professional...after all...they were working and so emotions wouldn't get in the way...however...he did feel his usual emotions, just masked them with his professionalism...he was proud of Rio right now...more than she'd probably ever know but he had to be a little hard on her...otherwise her current learning curve would hit a break if Kaizo started complementing everything she did right...this was Kaizo looking at things in a professional manner

Nishiki nodded as she listened to Kazuya carefully, finally learning his name through his stutters. He then asked her what her name was, causing Nishiki to giggle cutely. She smiled brightly at Kazuya, noting his constant blush. It was so cute to her, she just wanted to hug him but of course she refrained, Nishiki didn't want to scare him off.... despite already scaring him but that wasn't the point. When speaking her name, Nishiki winked at Kazuya before holding her hand out, hoping to shake hands with him.

Kazuya listened to Nishiki as she spoke then he tried to speak to reply to her "I-it's fine...h-honestly a-and nice t-to me-et you N-Nishiki" Kazuya then noticed Nishiki's hand which seemed to be out stretched in the motion for a hand shake. Kazuya looked at her hand for a few seconds, he never touched a woman before...although something as simple as a hand shake he was unsure if he should do it or not but it would be rude of him not to. Kazuya then gulped and slowly moved his right hand to meet hers before gripping her soft hand very lightly, the feel of her hand was odd and it was obvious that this made Kazuya blush
