Emilo had to agree that the plan seemed to be good and hopefully it would be as easy as explained, but nothing ever is. He shivered a bit when he had to think about the absolute mess he would have on his hands if they got ambushed or anything similar. Everyone had just assumed since he was in squad 4 he had a pretty good idea on how to heal people, but the thing was he had just joined and he most healing he had ever done were a few minor papercut, so anything bigger then that would be...interesting to say the least."Yeah. Im ready" Emilo found his way to the guy that was supposed to keep him safe and made a silent prayer inside himself that nobody was going to get curb stomped around the first corner.

Kaizo looked at everyone seeing they were pretty much on-board with the plan or more the formation they'd take. "Alright well we wont get this mission done standing around so lets do our jobs!" Kaizo took the lead and made sure Aokiji was close behind him then he made sure Shoske and the Squad 4 guy were close to Aokiji as they entered the forest. The place was dark, cold and a real moral killer but Kaizo shut this out and focused primarily on the mission...in here he didn't need emotions just focus. Kaizo didn't even really want to speak as he wanted to remain as quiet as possible as to do everything possible to keep off the hollows radar...not that they had one just it was more a figure of speech.

(lets do this in order of the Group. So Kaizo first, Aokiji second, Squad 4 guy third and Shoske 4th (allows him to set things up for the entire next turn)

"well seeing things are always better however I suggest you rest for now and come back soon ready to show me your capabilities...so use this small time I've given you wisely....as for Captain Viole...I really cannot speak on his behalf and his reasons for taking the Squad 4 Captains position are his own...perhaps he fancied a change of pace I really cannot say why...but as I said Captain Viole must have wanted a change of pace and a change of responsibility...perhaps the Kido Corps didn't suit him as much as he thought..."

" the head captain seemed to have miss-interpreted Giovanni's request. It was of little consequence however. Gio was asking... well volunteering to be trained to be the head captains assistant or liaison to the kido corps. by what ever means necessary he meant what ever means necessary, including training or proving himself, though hopefully training came first, because he was still kind of tired from the last fight. If the request was denied, as he suspected it might be, he would simply train and inquire further on his own. After all, Sorareo had given him a hint to progress not to long ago, that could be to his advantage if explored correctly

You give leadership to..well everyone and the severity of that position, that burden, that responsibility is insurmountable. as you said the Corps falls on the back burner. so long as the open the Senkaimon properly everything else they do doesnt really matter when compared to the day to day protection and policing of the soul society as a whole. Sir... something has to change and to that end i would like to volunteer myself to do what ever it takes to assist you in the pursuit of said change. " he looked up at the head captain as a display of his resolve.

Shinji listened to Giovanni and it did seem almost as if he was telling Shinji how to do his job but Shinji allowed this to pass over him and ignore it "it would indeed be handy if we had 13 Captains and a Kido corps Captain to boot...but there isn't anyone out there right now that has the power and leadership skills to fill these empty positions and those with power would make awful leaders as for having a Lieutenant the same could be said here...there are people in this Squad with great power but they'd be lost with such a position making my job far more difficult but if thats how it has to be just so I can have a decent Lieutenant and set of Captains then I'll deal with it. If there were suitable people I could hand these positions out to I would be even I alone am not capable of being the sole decider of a Shinigami's rise to Captaincy...the Shinigami in question needs recommendations from 3 Captains and then they have to go through a Captains proficiency exam which I personally attend...how many Shinigami out there will be able to handle such a test?...well...simply taking a look out the window answers the question...if you believe you will gain the skills needed to become a Captain more precisely the Captain of the Kido Corps then you will have to certainly prove yourself. I need to see obvious improvement and even words from other Captains can be reassuring enough to allow me to promote you and take you through the ranks...so you aren't only trying to impress me but also the other Captains...it takes more than just my word to become a Captain"
