Sango leaned over the edge of the Squad 6 balcony, trying to catch a hell butterfly. It hovered close to Sango, but just not quite close enough for her to reach it. She continued to lean over and tried to stretch her body as much as possible to grab the butterfly but it just wasn't working out well for the poor girl. Henry then finally came out of the room, startling Sango. Flailing her arms, Sango lost balance, just about to tumble over the edge.Rio watched the Captain as he spoke, her eyes widening a little more as he continued to speak and turn his attention onto her. She gulped while being under his scrutiny, clenching her fists while watching the Captain as he continued to talk. At the end of his speak, Rio didn't know whether to respond or not... She just couldn't believe what her Captain was saying. Rio looked down as Henry left the room, leaving just herself and the Captain in the office. Rio spoke steadily, making sure to take deep breaths so that nerves wouldn't creep up on her.

Kurisa looked at Rio as she apologized and told him that she'd like to stay in his Squad, this made him nod as he then spoke "I'd gladly keep you in this Squad Rio...but Rio..in letting you fall behind I have failed as a Captain. I shouldn't have allowed this to happen so I am as much to blame here...I am certain you will now. Now go rest...tomorrow there will be a mission for you...you are dismissed" Kurisa closed his eyes then waited till Rio left...he wanted her to rest and relax

Kurisa waited for them to enter and the first person to come in was Henry and there was no sign of respect...he just waved at him, this caused Kurisa to close his eyes as he then raised his right forearm and extended his index finger as a small yellow flash emitted from it, then 6 yellow rods slammed into Henry's stomach completely immobilizing him. Kurisa then opened his eyes and looked at Rio seeing she hadn't even shown any respect and instead crossed her arms, basically showing she was angry at the recent events and despite wanting to do the same to her he felt he'd get the message across by just doing it to Henry. Kurisa's eyes then set upon Henry as he spoke "What is it with Shinigami these days? they have no respect...In the presence of a Captain you are meant to show complete respect not talk to me and give me a gesture to suggest I am your friend. I'm a Captain not your friend...understand that. Now it is great that you have all made it back alive but acting like children and not presenting me with any real mission brief is just pathetic...regardless I guess I don't need to hear about how you killed hollow...I'm guessing from how casual your entrances were that the mission was straight forward..." Kurisa then released the Bakudo he placed on Henry and spoke once more "If you show such disrespect again I'll have you locked up...that's if you get me on a good day. Now..." Kurisa looked at Rio and spoke "I can expect this behavior from a brat like him but from you Rio I expect better...I feel as if your recent attitude change is conflicting with this Squads ideals and because of this it is causing tension between you and I...if you are un-happy here Rio then I can arrange for a transfer to a different Squad where you will assume the exact rank you have now. It would sadden me to do so seeing as you show such promise but I would dare not to hold someone back because my way of handling things doesn't suit them. So...if your decision is to stay then you can come back tomorrow for a mission...if not...I shall arrange for an immediate transfer to a different Squad. Take this how you will but my reasoning is simple...I want to see you go far Rio but if you are feeling like you are going nowhere here then it is clear I have failed you and myself...Henry..you are dismissed...Rio...you to can go if you wish...to think things over or you can stay...the choice is yours."

Sango let out a small relieved sigh as Henry caught her. Rio only stood still as Henry tagged her. She stopped in her tracks and looked behind her to find that he had shunpo'ed. Blinking a few times, Rio raised an eyebrow before continuing to walk to Squad six with pursed lips, a little confused. She took her time, not expecting to meet the other two at the barracks. She shunpo'ed to the Captain's door before giving it a knock. She asked, hoping he'd be in this time...

Kurisa was sat at his desk doing paperwork when he heard a knock at his door, he didn't even bother to look up he just spoke "Enter" Kurisa then placed his quill down and sat back in his chair as he waited for Rio and her friends to enter, he knew why she was here and so he hoped to speed things up and get this done with...it was only clean up work after all...he knew Rio was annoyed by the fact she had been placed on such a mission but if she knew what Kurisa would do to someone for being late with their paperwork then she would feel lucky...He gave her the benefit of the doubt the first time...if it happened again, he'd have no choice but to fully punish her...

Shusuke listened to Giovanni brief the head captain but leave out key details, likely on purpose. He wanted to add his piece before the head captain started speaking. It was unlike Shusuke to jump into the conversation so randomly but he felt like things needed to be said. "Head Captain, I feel as if some factors should brought to light. Such as why there was no established station there to prevent the number of hollows from reaching such drastic numbers." he said, now realizing how hyped he was when he said that and had to lower his voice quickly before getting himself scolded. He didn't want to bring any kind of hell down on Gio or himself but perhaps the head captain could respect them for being up front on the subject.

Shinji listened as Gio gave his mission brief then Shusuke asked a question which made Shinji close his eyes and let out a sigh, he then opened them and spoke "We cannot establish a station anywhere outside of the Seireitei to prevent the numbers of hollows getting so high because we simply do not have the man power...we cannot afford to have what little Shinigami we have outside of the Seireitei twenty four seven...we need them here...you may not know or you may have forgotten but before I became Head Captain the majority of the Gotei 13's army was wiped out meaning we have had to rebuild with what little we have and of course because we have such little numbers we cannot station any of our Shinigami outside of the Seireitei as the little number of Shinigami we send out there will likely become easy targets and also they are likely to further attract more hollow to a certain area due to their higher Spiritual energy...if we had the numbers then it'd be no issue whatsoever...however we lack the numbers...drastically...Shall I tell you the fraction of what we have now to what the previous Gotei 13 had?...one tenth of the army they had. I would rather have the Shinigami we have here in the Seireitei training to get stronger so they can work as a more efficient reaction force opposed to handing some fool a Zanpakuto and telling him to swing it at the enemy. I understand both of you feel passionate about your duties to protect the Souls of the Soul Society however there is little we can do...what little we can do though...I am doing...until we gain more Shinigami, there can be no Shinigami stationed outside of the Seireitei..." Shinji looked at them both, his eyes appeared focused and carried the seriousness of his voice...almost backing up how serious he was about what he said...he wasn't joking...people's lives were at stake everyday and he'd never joke about it...
