Why did they go back and more importantly where did they get the power, the ZPMs were all but dead when they crash landed.

About the Pegasus Gate and DHD, can a Milkyway DHD be hooked up to a Pegasus gate because I don't believe that the Pegasus DHDs have the necessary constellations on them to dial all of the gates in the Milkyway. They can dial earth, the home world but I don't think other gates in the Milkyway would be a viable option with the symbols present on the Pegasus DHD.
