"Hey man, I don't want any trouble." Ivy said defensively. She stood up and backed away from him a few steps, hoping that a guard would come over and do more than just cuff him, because that clearly wasn't working. She hoped that he listened to Neva, she was at least talking sense.

Ivy was just confused now. What was with this guy? He knocks out a guard, then knocks himself out like it was nothing? She figured that maybe he had narcolepsy, or maybe he was just being crazy. Either way she didn't trust it, this guy was really freaking her out.
He's insane, he's got to be insane, Ivy thought to herself, trying hard not to stare at David. She imagined them taking him out of some Silence of the Lambs-style solitary confinement just to bring him here. Is this what these people were looking for? Uncontrollably dangerous criminals? She certainly wasn't like that, and she was pretty sure most of the others were at least civil.
She tried calming herself down; after all she didn't know what that guy'd been through. Maybe that made sense and was justified, although she didn't know how that could be.

Bio: Cooper is the spirited daughter of two other Metalhearts, and she's been looked down upon for it since she was born. In a rebellious, contrary kind of way, she gets a kick out of being the lowest of the low in the eyes of society. She's excited to be a Metalheart, though she knows all too well how difficult and laborious of a job it is, but she believes that being a Metalheart is just as important (if not moreso) as being a powerful lawyer or politician. She's very proud of her family, and wants to make her mother and father proud by following in their footsteps. More than anything, she wants to earn enough money to afford them better living conditions, anything better than the squalid apartment they live in now. Cooper is cheery and loudmouthed, and while she is unusually outspoken for someone of her status, she isn't foolish enough to fight back at the risk of making things even worse for herself and others (but if she could, she would). She's compassionate to the point of being a bleeding heart, sometimes being so concerned for the welfare of others that she forgets her own needs or comes across as intrusive.

I thought from the intro that graduation was the beginning of the plot, not the climax or midpoint. I'm gonna change a couple things in my CS so it makes a little more sense :p
