5 if you're American, 7 if you're from the UK.
Storm and Dance was split into two for some reason.
EDIT: Also two more planned books to go, so altogether there's going to be at least 7 or 9 depending where you're from.

You can't read these books fast anyway. They're too dense. The only reason I'd be able to read the first 4 books fast is that I've already seen the show.

I don't care what anyone says, I'm proud of the fact I finished CoK in about a week.

Season 5 will be based on Feast for Crows. I'm personally going to try and read all the books and then read that one before the next series airs because I can't wait a year.

I've read them all, take it slow, trust me. If you take it fast your days will be filled with waiting, and waiting, and waiting for a book that will never come...
