The City of New Ba Sing Se

Just before both sides began to act, someone else rushed in and interrupted. It was a man who seemed to have stopped both sides with an arm made of water and it was massive enough to separate the two groups. The girl began to get annoyed or more annoyed than she already was with all these people jumping in, if she wanted bash a few skulls in that was her choice. "No way!" The girl said "If these punks want a fight then I'll gladly give it to them!" she yelled walking up to the blockade. If there was one thing Rikka was known for it was her stubbornness. She was never one to back down from anything especially a fight, and when she was worked up there was almost nothing that stop her. "Oh you'll get more than a fight you little brat!" one man yelled as he approached the wall. The two started arguing back and forth as well as yelling at each other as they tried to get through the barricade. The shouting match seemed to get louder and louder as she tried to punch through. When that didn't work she tried to bend through it while still shouting at the man as they both insulted each other.

"You salty, dim-witted, slack-jawed, lecherous, Goat dog!" The girl yelled "Goat dog?!, say that to my face you little hog monkey!" The man yelled back at her further escalating the situation. "What'd you say?!" The girl yelled as she blushed at the insult. Before they could finish their little shouting match she saw that the barrier had been broken through and she jumped at the man knocking him down as she mounted him and began to hit him repeatedly in the face.

Rikka took notice of the people who approached her as she wiped the trickle of blood that ran down the side of her mouth, one looked as if she was from the fire nation and she couldn't tell where the other one was from "I think they've had enough" she said as the other one had pointed out that a crowd was forming. It was pretty clear by now that the guys she had started the fight with were part of some gang and they weren't too keen on the idea of being kicked around by some little girl. "Tch I'm not running from anyone, come get some you jerks!" the girl yelled as she turned to the others.

Just as she had finished up with one guy three more who looked to be with him came out of the tavern as one of them grabbed her from behind and put her in a full nelson. "You're gonna pay for that you little wench" one said as he came up to her. The girl squirmed and jerked around screaming for them to let her go as she kicked the guy who came up to her in the groin and headbutted the one behind her. The one behind her let go and she kicked the guy in front of her in the face, but just before she had time to deal with the other one the third guy caught her by surprise and slugged her in the face. She fell to the ground crashing into some open barrels of what seamed like water, before he had time to follow up she whipped him in the face with the water effectively blinding him for a moment. She got up, charged towards him and punched him as hard as she could right in the nose.

A loud crash was all anyone heard as everyone turned to see someone fly through the window of the tavern. "I said keep your hands to yourself creep!" They heard someone yell as a girl jumped through the broken window. It was none other than Rikka stirring up trouble again, not that it was her fault, because it was avatar day and the tavern was already in a fuss. During busy days was when the shady people came out, and they would all hang out there and bother the waitresses and other women that came through there. One of the guys just couldn't take no for an answer and started getting handsy, but the girl warned him multiple times and told him to back off. Finally she couldn't take it anymore and kicked him through the window she was sitting next to. "What part of no didn't you understand! Are you deaf?!" The girl kept yelling as she walked towards him. "Do you know who you're dealing with?!"

History: Rikka is the great great granddaughter of Korra on her mother's side. she comes from the northern water tribe and is known around the tribe as the wild child, a title of which she carries with pride. When she was younger she would always get into trouble from starting fights to playing jokes on the nobles. She lived with her brother where he taught waterbending and would help out with classes. While her brother was well respected around the tribe she was a different story, and because of her wild and rebellious attitude people had a hard time believing she was related to him and anyone who said so were met with a swift punch in the face. She used to hate it there because of all the stuffy and uptight people which is why she left on her seventeenth birthday to pursue a life of adventure

Personality: Brash, stubborn, Determined, and somewhat arrogant, Rikka isn't afraid to let you know exactly who you're dealing with. She often finds herself getting into trouble by starting fights in the local taverns and tea shops. When it comes to people she's not afraid to strike up a conversation as she loves to meet new people who aren't from the northern water tribe, She also loves to learn new water bending moves and hates it when she can't catch on right away. If left alone she'll wear herself out trying to learn a new move. Her determination is also something to be admired as well, when she has her mind set on something there is almost nothing that will change it unless she's putting her friends at risk, she is also very loyal and will do almost anything for her friends which means if you've got her back she's got yours.

"Oh nice to meet you Clayton, I just go by Spinel" The girl said as she followed him. They seemed to have reached the wherever they were going as the man had stopped and pointed it out. The girl looked onward at the dorms and wondered if those were for half gems and crystal gems or just them. "Well...Thanks" she said as she started walking towards the dorms. The girl wondered if she would at least have a roommate or if she would be alone, if she had one she would at least be able to get along with them as well.
