Name: Curtis "Street Dragon"

Gender: Male

Age: 17

Appearance: Curtis is a massive 6'5(hunched) reptilian monster. He has a head that is similar to a monitor lizard with many rows of needle like teeth. He has thick scales all along his back resembling a pangolin, his tail drags along the floor behind him being a lengthy 3 feet long. His body is as one would expect looking like a mix between a dinosaur and a man (think the lizard from Marvel). 

His eyes are a sickly yellow and his face is that of a monitor lizard.

Personality: Curtis is a fairly timid person when it come to social interaction. But he won't shy away from a fight, and will always put himself in harms way if it means protecting someone. He likes helping people and he can't help but smile when interacting with kids, unfortunately kids normally run from him. He is self conscious about how he looks but sees it as a alright trade of for the ability to help people.

Uniform: Curt can't really fit into a uniform.

Powers: Curt's large body and tough hide can take a massive beating but the scales on his back are even more sturdy. He is able to regrow limbs albeit it takes an extremely long time. Along side his massive durability comes enhanced strength, He is able to lift around 4500lbs before he starts to struggle and could possibly lift 6000lbs if he pushed himself to the absolute limit. Contrary to the stories of him being a cold blooded murder machine, his internal body temperature is actually extremely high, almost 2 times that of a normal human. He can amp up this heat so he can shoot jets of steam out of his mouth (if he has a supply of water), but if he does if for any longer than 10 seconds he'll start to damage his internals.

Bio: Curt used to live in an orphanage and he never knew his parents, weather they are alive or dead he doesn't care. He had previously passed up someone who wanted to adopt him. His response was "I can't go, the other kids need me here", he wasn't always a giant lizard monster either. One day the orphanage was attacked by a gang of thugs and Curt instantly stepped forward to try and stop them, he was rewarded with a beating and was then kidnapped and forced to watch the orphanage be smashed up and the other kids taken away. Curt's stubbornness pissed off the thugs, he wouldn't flinch when they shook the cage he was in, he would not fight them when they asked him to. So eventually the thugs got their hands on some very nasty chemicals/toxins, and they chose Curt to be their first test subject.

All Curt recalls from that event was the worst pain he'd ever felt in his life, then nothing, then the bodies of the thugs and other captives all lay butchered. And he knew he was the one responsible. After recovering from the grief of knowing that he had killed some of his fellow orphans he travelled back to the now abandoned and run down orphanage. He tires his best to stay out of public view and has managed to build a slight reputation in his area, people started calling him the "Street Dragon" and the orphanage "The Dragons Lair". He stays in the orphanage during daylight hours and sneaks around looking for thug hideouts and gatherings during the night. One of the larger gangs uses likes to test their new recruits by sending them to grab a brick from the Dragons Lair to prove themselves, not many succeed.

He lives a solitary life in the orphanage but he makes sure that any thug/bandit/criminal that he comes across reconsiders their life choices.
