Sarah smiled at the bow then bowed herself. "Sarah Corvum. And don't worry about it." Sarah assumed Zan had some sort of connection to nature from her appearing to talk to the trees, and leaving flowers where she walked. She doesn't pick up on the intimidation tho. "I guess we should get going to that temple." Sarah smiled and gestured for Zan to go first. Oh my god she is adorable! Sarah hides her emotions fairly well but a small squeak does escape as they start walking.

The barrels of Sarah's minigun was still spinning as she watched the Faunus girl run past to aid the tree. I guess that's my partner. Sarah shrugged and raised her minigun so she could blow the steam of the end of it. She then hoisted it onto her back. "Umm. Hello!" Sarah then begun walking towards then notices the flowers growing where she took steps. Well. "I guess we're team mates now." Sarah smiled at Zandrea.

Haley got up and went over to Meruem and quickly said to him. "I'll probably only be able to talk with you briefly during lunch. Is that alright? I've got some things I need to do." She discreetly looked at Lucas then quickly back to Meruem. She smiled masking her slight feeling of guilt, she managed this very well with almost no sigh of it on her face.

Kurt nodded to Marcus and followed him. He was surprised by the sheer amount of vehicles in the garage, and the concept of a garage. Who needed more than one car? To be fair Kurt had know only a few people who had cars. None of the cars caught eye because he knew he couldn't fit, he then looked over at Marcus as he suggested the van. "I think that would be best... Sorry I'm a hindrance." He normally would have thought twice about saying something like that, but these people were prisoners just like him albeit pampered ones.
But they were caged never the less.

Kurt felt like he needed no barriers for his words. Because regardless if they liked it or not, they were going to be spending a very long time together. They might as well know his proper feelings. Tho he wasn't going to reveal anything unless they asked, and he felt comfortable enough talking about the subject. "Hopefully we can catch this person before they get anyone else. I mean who picks on kids!?" Kurt growled as they headed towards the van, still struggling with the idea of what he would do to the person once they found them. To Kurt it wasn't really a question of if they would find the culprit, more of a when.

Sarah walked around not calling out for anyone because she thought that was cheating a little. She frowned and continued on through the forest, she stopped in her tracks when she herd a howl from behind. "Oh beowolfs nice." She turned the handle on her shield then it started to transform. Before she had even fully turned around the barrels were spinning and moments later she was unloading on a pack of beowolfs. They took some hits but would eventually succumb to the sheer amount of firepower the minigun had. Sarah started laughing as she tore through the Grimm, any missed bullets would be hitting the trees for little amounts of damage.

Sarah let out a "Woooo hooo!" as she was launched into the, she could contain her excitement no longer. As she flew through the air she knew she had to change her weapons form because her shield would be much more helpful in this situation. She twisted the handle then sharply pulled it backwards then the sound of shifting metal parts erupted from her weapon as it changed into a tower shield. Ok... OK... Now how am I going to do this?... she thought as she got closer and closer to the tree tops. She shrugged and held her shield in front of her and waited to collide with a tree unfortunately the top of the tree was far to thin an she flew straight through it. She frowned and then decided to use the shield like a makeshift sled.

She pings off branches and then eventually slides across the ground before pushing herself into a flip and landing on her feet. "I guess that works." She smiled to herself, not super concerned on who she meets up with. She feels like whoever she bumps into is going to have to eventually become friends with her. I mean 4 years is a long time. they can't not like me for that long. Can they? She thought to herself as she started off into the forest.

As Sarah looked at the other students getting ready she spotted Lucas, Bizz and two Deer Faunus. She was truly baffled by how many Faunus were here. Back in the country she rarely saw any faunus, if ever. She then noticed one of the deer faunus was smiling and she waved over at her, holding the massive minigun with her free hand. I feel bad... All these Faunus are so cute...

Sarah smirked "Sort of. I remember that weapon." she gestures to the lance then looks ahead as they reach the cliff. "Would you look at that." Sarah looked over the forest not having much of a clue on what test may lay ahead, but she was just as excited as ever. She spotted Bizz and a few others who had made their way to the cliff. She then started doing some stretches. She looked over at Conall, "No clue, only thing I can assume is that Grimm are going to be involved.".

Sarah smiled as they were directed onto the stone plates. Guess we're about to find out. she thought. She tilted her head as Ozpin and Glynda explained what she was to do next. The next 4 years ay. Well I better find someone I like. What am I saying I like everybody. nothing could wipe the smile from Sarah's face. "Wait after landing?" She thought out loud, her smile only increasing.

It was time for Beacon's first test. I better show them what I got. this thought made her smile even more. She was so ready to get going she had drawn her weapon readying herself for anything.

Kurt watches Marcus make his way into the room then looks back at the monitor. He frowns at the screen, it's only going to get harder?... Great... he thought to himself. He would have said that out loud but he didn't want to interrupt Mr. Russo. Kurt blinked as the map flicked on, he was slightly shocked by the flicker still slightly on edge because of the storm. He listened patiently as Mr.
Russo explained the situation.

Curtis was visually displeased by what her heard. Kids vanishing was all to familiar to him. He clenched his fists with an audible cracking sound. "So were going to investigate a missing children's case? I hope that whoever's responsible doesn't get caught by us. I know they won't enjoy that." Kurt hisses as a slight demonstration of his anger. He knows being mad won't really get him anywhere. He then takes a deep breath and looks between the other two teens. "Can either of you two drive? Because I can't. Never learned how, and even if I could. I don't know if the car accommodates for my... My feet." Kurt wiggles his three toed feet slightly. He wasn't sure of this, but he was fairly curtain.

General Information

Name: Catherine Aranea-Divisa.

Legend: Title: Two faced Arachnid or Two Faced Bitch.

Species: Mutant (Part human part spider.)

Gender: Female

Age: 28

Appearance: Catherine has the torso of female human and quiet a pretty and slender face with short black hair (despite the picture having long hair), but this is usually overlooked by the fact that from the waist down she is a giant spider. Her hands have pointed fingers made of chitin plate that look kind of like gauntlets. Her spider half is completely hairless and is pitch black with a dull grey underside. The black parts of her exoskeleton are slightly reflective. She normally stands around 182cm but can crouch down to 134cm having her underside touching the floor, or she could raise herself up to almost 275cm tall tho this is equivalent of her standing on her tippy toes. Her body (including the spider parts) is roughly 240cm long and 180cm wide. She also weighs 184.4kgs or 406.5lbs.

Personality: Catherine would like to be social but her appearance drives off some people and has led her to become self conscious about her looks always making sure her hair is neatly brushed and as clean as it can be. She also has a passion for insects but not arachnids. She's fairly timid mostly. But when she was transformed by the radiation more than just her body was changed, she also developed a split personality. Her other half likes to call herself Catherine's adopted last name Aranea. This persona love inflicting pain and is rather cruel but doesn't see killing as something that needs to be done constantly, she also interacts fairly well with people albeit she can be insensitive and rude. Aranea only really comes out during conflicts but some times is able to force her way out.

Recreational Knowledge

Likes: Catherine: Insects, eating, the colour orange, socializing and making sculptures. Aranea: Inflicting pain, the smell of blood, the colour orange, killing animals and scaring people.

Dislikes: Catherine: Racists, sour foods, really bright lights, poisons (Rat poison and insecticides.) and fighting. Aranea: Adults, Kids, old people, insects and coconuts.

Hobbies: Catherine loves to make sculptures using the small amounts of web like substance she can extract from her abdomen. Aranea doesn't really get enough time in control to have hobbies but they would most likely involve poisoning insects and hurting people.

Strengths: 1: Catherine is Friendly and attempts to be comforting at all times. 2: Catherine loves helping people in nearly any capacity. 3: Aranea is always ready for a fight never backing down unless it is necessary.


Weaknesses: 1: Her constant inner conflict makes her fairly indecisive at most times for there are very few things that both parts can actually agree on. 2: As Aranea she can be an extreme pest sometimes even going so far as to slip some of her venom into someones drink to watch them vomit it up and most likely get sick. 3: Aranea is just downright clueless of what is acceptable to say/do in most social interactions, this trait also leaks into Catherine's personality tho only at a minor level.

Combatics

Weapon: Catherine can't bring herself to raise a weapon on people unless she truly hates them but at that point she would willingly let Aranea take control and deal with the person, mostly. If she ever did decide to take it into her own hands she would pick up the closest chair and beat them to death with it, tho she does keep a stool available to use just encase. One with a big red poofy bit on the top to avoid having to clean the blood off it.

Powers: Catherine can inject venom into her opponents using her powerful front pair of legs, they are notably larger then the rest of her legs. She can also produce a highly sticky and durable web substance from her abdomen. And her human part is a lot stronger than it looks being able to lift at most 600lbs.


Techniques: Aranea has formed a technique where she is able to quickly wrap an opponent rendering them helpless so she can have her fun, this move doesn't work as well on larger human targets and is almost useless on radiated creatures. She felt no need to develop any other fighting skills besides utilizing her spear like legs to impale opponents.

Skills: Catherine is very good at general crafts like clothes making and sculpting she had once tried to give someone a shirt made of her silk but it made it very hard for them to move so she took it back. And Aranea can converse with other spiders and arachnids tho this may be ineffective against mutated variants of these animals.

Gear: Catherine carries nothing besides her fluffy stool and the clothes she wears, tho she can be used as a pack mule because her large spider half is easily capable of carrying a good amount of weight probably people as well if she allowed it.

The Story Behind the Man

Backstory: Catherine was a fairly average kid before the world went to shit. She had a mum and a dad who loved her she had friends that she played with. But then the week of hell happened everything changed. She was only thirteen at the time but she was more than old enough for the horrors that she saw to stick into her mind forever. As they were evacuated her mother got trampled to death by the screaming crowds but luckily her father was able to get on an evacuation vehicle with her. But the craft they were in didn't get that far before it got shot down and crashed landed around a kilometer out. almost everyone else died except her and her father. She crawled out of the crashed craft with the help of her father and looked back and the chaotic scene of her once peaceful home.

It was then when they heard groans come from the ship and they both hurried over to help whoever it was who had survived with them. They pulled 6 people out from the wreckage most were very badly wounded having shrapnel protruding from them. Catherine was frightened by this, but as her father who just so happened to be a nurse was helping these people Catherine felt a gentle hand on her shoulder. She jumped and swivelled around but all her fear vanished when she found that it was just a smiling old lady. "Oh sorry did I startle you. I'm sorry." The old lady's voice made Catherine feel calm, it was one of those adorable grandma voices. "My name is Anna. What is yours?". Catherine was apprehensive at first but realised that stranger danger probably didn't apply in this situation. "I-I'm Catherine." the old lady smiled "What a pretty name. I take it that young man over there helping everyone is your father?" Catherine nodded. Anna let out a little laugh "I only had to look at your face to tell that one. You have kind eyes."

Eventually the survivors of the crash gathered what little supplies they could and headed off away from the city. The groans of pain grated on Catherine's ears and she was visibly upset by them Anna had a conversation with Catherine's father who introduced himself as Marcus. Anna had assured him that she would take good care of Catherine for him, this pleased him. Marcus knew that he would have very little time for his daughter now that he had to look after 5 very sick people. After many days of walking and camping they had finally found a place they could start to build. They built the best structures they could and had a great warm fire to sit around. Catherine actually felt happy for once in almost a week. She felt stable and safe in this new haven. But this happiness wouldn't last.

About 6 months after the week of hell and out of everyone Catherine, her father and Anna were still in the best shape. This made them the primary scavengers, even tho Anna and Catherine couldn't carry much, every little bit counted in these harsh times. It had seemed that today's expedition was going to be a little harder than normal due to poor weather conditions, but they couldn't afford to hold off till tomorrow. They were low on supplies as it was so they had to take the risk. Catherine, Anna and Marcus pushed through the weather and made there way into some kind of abandoned factory, this was good news because they had been needing tools that a place such as this might hold. Marcus let out triumphant cry as he found a bucket "Look! A bucket! and it's clean! We could use this to carry water from the river to the boiler. This will be so much better than those plastic bottle we use currently.". Catherine's face lit up, it was rare for her to she her father this happy. Anna had been snooping around a large set of doors, she gave them a little shove but couldn't quite get them open. Little did she know those doors were closed for a reason.

Anna beckoned the other two over then inspected the bucket and nodded, "Very good condition. Those bottles were almost broken, what good luck that you found this.". She smiled warmly, "Now I can't quite get this door open. Could I have a hand?" Catherine and Marcus nodded then helped her pull open the doors. As the mighty doors opened Anna was fell backwards and hit her head "Anna!" Catherine exclaimed as she quickly ran over to help her. Marcus looked back at Anna and Catherine. "Are you alright Anna?" Anna nodded slowly and hugged Catherine, "Alright, Catherine you stay here with Anna I'll check out the first few rooms." Anna and Catherine nodded and watched Marcus vanish behind one of the doors. He then came back out and went into a room that was slightly further back, then a blood curdling cry rang out. Catherine sprang to her feet and ran into the room she had seen her father enter. "Catherine wait! It could be danger---." Anna was cut off by another scream, but this time is was Catherine's. Catherine had walked into the room only to find her father melted to the floor, bones protruding from his body. Then she herself felt a massive pain surge through her legs and she started howling in pain.

Anna staggered to her feet still heavily concussed from the hit her head took, she stumbled towards the doorway but was halted when Catherine stopped screaming. Then a hand came out from behind the door, then Catherine's head followed. Anna had begun moving towards Catherine but then Catherine called out. "No stop. D-don't come any closer... D-dad is dead..." Anna gasped and tears started to fill her eyes but Catherine wasn't finished. "But that's not a-all..." This is when Catherine's first pair of spider legs crept out from behind the door. Anna jumped back. "Ca-Catherine! your legs!? Wh-what happened to you!?" Catherine slowly shakes her head and starts crying. "I don't k-k-knowww!" Catherine collapsed in the hallway all eight of her legs giving out.

Anna was eventually able to convince Catherine to get up and gather what they had already found then leave the dreaded building. When they got outside Anna hugged Catherine and told her that everything would be alright, even if she didn't believe it herself. Catherine was horrified what what she had become and no longer wanted her name to be tied to her father, Anna helped her by giving her a knew last name Aranea-Divisa meaning spider divided. She felt this was an appropriate name and Catherine agreed.

When they got back to the camp Anna broke the news to everyone, it was probably the saddest day for them besides the start of the week of hell. Catherine was slightly feared by some of the others but Anna never flinched. Eventually one by one the others passed on from the lack of Marcus's care, Anna simply couldn't replicate his skills. Then it was just Catherine and Anna. Anna smiled up at the now 18 year old Catherine, "I don't think I have much time left Catherine..." Catherine's eyes watered. What would she do if Anna was to pass on? Her mind ran rampant with thoughts of loneliness and she began to cry. Then she felt a soft hand touch her shoulder. "Catherine. I think we should go for a walk." Without another word the to packed up some supplies and set off into the wilderness. Anna slowly grew weaker and weaker but she kept reassuring Catherine that they would find somewhere, somewhere where Catherine could live after she passed. But not even Anna knew how close to death she was.

Catherine was now alone, for almost two days she walked alone surviving of the scraps of food she had taken with her. Then a little voice popped into her head, and that was the first time she met Aranea. After another day of walking Catherine found Pallet town. Nowadays Catherine spends her time making things like clothes and sculptures, and she occasionally checks around for new faces seeing if one of them will possibly become friends with her. Tho she never strays to far from her home besides when she goes looking for new faces, the only other times she leaves her house is when it is necessary for things like food ect. She longs for the day when she finally meets some new friends.

Ambitions/Goals: After living on her own for so long Catherine's life goal was to find friends, and eventually possibly even a lover. Nothing makes Catherine happier than companions.
