Hello.
My name is Axis. Axis talks in third person, and enjoys getting to play in high fantasy games with a focus on exploration, heroics, and getting to explore the dynamics of different sorts of people interacting with each other.
For me, roleplaying is an escape where Axis can seize control of how she wants to exist. She wants to play characters whose priorities and philosophies can be tested. Where she can delight in both the extraordinary and mundane aspects that can exist only in the stories that emerge when you work together with others.
Axis knows that with these sorts of forums, it can be difficult to find reliable people who can stick together for a long time, and who post frequently enough for a story to actually manifest in a reasonable timeframe. But, Axis thinks that having left the world of forum roleplay for TTRPGs for so long, she's starting to miss the unbounded creativity of the novelesque writting that's possible when you abandon game rules and hard-coded mechanics.
If you are looking for someone who writes on average 2 paragraph responses, and likes a biweekly posting schedule, Axis might be your girl. If you have any questions, feel free to treat this as an ama.
