Had to include some more powers for Samus. Basically her initial powers are equal to her full suit in Metroid Prime 1.

Lol nah. Like either Mega Man can fight the robots and then encounter the Space Pirates (Then Samus comes in), or Samus takes down the Space Pirates and then fights the robots (then Mega Man comes in). What do you think?

@CallMeChaotix Sounds good. Or maybe one of the characters are fighting like... their own enemies and then the enemies from the other character come in (Like Robots ---> Space Pirates or the reverse) and then the character matching to those new enemies come int and take them all down. And then they team up.
