Add continued to laugh, holding his hand to his left eye, he couldn't stop, it was just getting started and he was already dyeing of laughter and happiness. Add summoned his bots and decided to wait patiently, waiting for the right time to open the flood gates of hell when and appear on the battle field, for either Liberation or New Terror.

Non-ferrous metal, water, even radiation can respond to a magnetic field. Or you could go with induction heating.With a strong enough EM field, anything can be lifted, but that's kind of end-game level.

Ferrous metals, makes more sense to me, I'll also make it a level 1 stating but I don't know what to do when it evolves.
