Sodalite joining in because Amber and Eve should never mix without her, hoping that maybe she'll be able to somewhat restrain them, and also out of curiousity and hoping she can learn more about all the other gems and what their true thoughts and motivations are.

Remember that Eve is a very frail and tiny gem that feels inadequate when compared to the others and is rarely taken seriously, as least not at first. Those Imp comments get to her a lot more than she wants to let on, and being unable to shapeshift is a real letdown to her. Suddenly being a big, scary, powerful gem, even if it means combining with others, would seem amazing to her.

It's not on here and it's technically still being built, so I'm not sure how comfortable I am with sharing it. Plus these two had their relationship establish already via backstory and wasn't featured in the actual roleplay.

Eve understandably flips her shit when she meets the gem who is five times taller than her, only to fall into confusion when she realises this gem is as scared as she is, and realises he's a newborn. So Eve, as she has already done for a few others who went 'LOLNOPE JOINING HOMEWORLD/REBELLION", explained what the hell was happening, and unlike the others he's like hOLY sHIT I'm not taking part of this bullshit, this wasn't my problem and it's not now. And so Eve's like \(◕ヮ◕)/ Come here, oh wise, young one.
And thus a very magical and strange big sister little brother like relationship was formed. Except the little brother isn't so little and the big sister isn't so big.

@21308 Eve would fuse only because a) with that many people involved trust is going to be an issue for everyone anyways and b) so how much bigger are we going to be? @ V e
