XD All of Eve art thus far has been done solely in poorly made dollar store black gel-pens because I really wanted the messiness to it. I expect Eve would go nuts with color once she has access to them but it's so much more...free, I guess, to just go nuts with the pen and not care our messy or clean or good or bad something turns out. No fear of messing up the sketch since there's none to begin with and all, and I don't have to think about colours...It feels really natural somehow. Not natural to me I suppose since it's very different from my usual art, but you know what I mean. ^ ^"

This is super off topic but I was recently trying to do some Eve art that wasn't just abstract patterns and shapes but of actual things and I realised Eve art would work really well for a Witch's Lair aesthetic in Madoka Magica; lots could pass as familiars or even Witches themselves...Funny considering she was originally an OC for that universe that branched off into something else entirely...

@21308 I'm usually cool with speaking my mind and receiving bad reactions because hell I'm Kurdish but this teacher is a really cool friend of mine but I also think of her as a vast superior (I tend to think of most everyone as my superior) so I couldn't bring myself to tell her. But yes, the promotional material alone is off-putting.

@HaltingBlooper Right there, though I have many reasons to not like this organization, that alone should be enough to open one's eyes. Not to mention that most of their money that is actually going towards Autism if for prevention rather than actual services to help those who already have it, which definitely doesn't give off a good message. And they're so terribly convinced that vaccines are what cause Autism which only makes the children of mal-informed parents have a higher risk for many health issues that will make living much more difficult than if they even had Autism. And all that money is going towards research that is essentially bullshit.

The attitude towards people with autism makes me quite sick sometimes to be honest. Someone I know even went as far as to say to my face -knowing that three friends (one of them quite close) of mine have autism and a cousin of mine does as well- it'd be more merciful to kill them because they are a burden to society... !?!?!?!?!?!? Like holy shit. I mean I deal with some crap because GAD but never shit like this and it's really gross to be honest.

And afgndkgndk the misconceptions about autism are amazing thanks to organizations like PeTA (I have a fucking bone to pick with PeTA as well as a, uh, more obvious candidates *Cough* Austism Speaks *Cough*) having people think you get Autism from milk and crap. Or that all people with Autism have the same symptoms. Or that it's a fucking personality trait or something.
