Eve: *Looks clearly embarrassed and stripped of her dignity, muttering something about how Reggie doesn't think she's cute, she's scary, and that she should too, but it doesn't sound very convincing right now.*

If Aqua's hug couldn't ever happen, I think it's only fair we let another hug that couldn't happen, well, happen.

*In the distance, a small chuckle is heard, Eve's ears perking up at the mere sound of the voice and her entire face lit up. She had waiting nearly three quarters of her life to hear that voice again. In the distance stood Talc, the same gentle green gem that she would never forget. Eve began to fight her way out of Aquamarine's grasp as she approached, her scraggly arms that seemed more fit for something insectoid rather than humanoid spread wide*


"Can I have a hug, too?"

*At this point, Eve had made her way out of Aquamarine's grasp and was running towards her old friend and jumping into her arms, laughing.*

"Talc! What took you so long?"

The image of Eve getting snuggly with anyone outside of the Dork Squad amuses me. But still *Pats Akaya and Aqua* maybe one day she'll open up

I have just scared myself upon the realization that Eve would be far more willing to let Bloodstone get all snuggly with her than with Aquamarine...

Dear god this is not where I imagined this character to be, so glad I gave her as much space as I could to grow her own way. She's surprised me a lot.

@Akayaofthemoon I agree, I personally have been a long believer of the Peridot being a young gem theory.

Also, re-watching, yeah, there was a bit on an Eve-vibe through out a lot of it. But anjkgndfkjgnkdf oh my god please let me huggle Peridot and juste sjhrf esjgnjsd.

I want to see Aquamarine's reaction to Peridot now, or even Eve's or Melanite's.
Seriously though, watch Aquamarine enter full mother mode.

@Akayaofthemoon I saw it toooooo~ Didn't think much of Eve (except for the 'is that a weapon' scene which did channel some newborn/early-Talc-meeting Eve vibes) but dear god that episode was too cute.
Also Banette forgot to log out of his account...I was sorta tempted to mess with it but decided not to. Am I a terrible person *shot*

I think we should all be getting a little concerned for Eve. I swear she wasn't supposed to be this self-deprecating. She was supposed to be the opposite of that, and I'm scared it'll eventually spiral to something very ugly. Q V Q
